Had a lot of fun playing the game!! Loved the customisation and the different game modes. Enjoyed the music and the futuristic art style. Can't wait to finish the championship.
Night Racer is... and let's be honest... bland. It falls short of what other titles managed to accomplish. You have no sense of progress, no "tune your car up", no powerups... If you like a simple racing game, go for it. If you're after something rich in features, you're gonna be disappointed. It is a game made by a small team and my verdict might change with the updates.
The game's fun to play.

A surprisingly fun little arcade racer. Smooth and responsive controls, hypnotic music and an all round good time. I only wish there were more tracks.
I'm gonna give this a thumbs up to support a small dev and encourage them to keep working on the game. It definitely needs more polish and flair but it already is pretty fun. P.S. Triggers don't work on a Dualsense controller
Ek number gandu game
I think that, for it's price, this is a good little racer. With cross-play there's a decent amount of potential here, especially for those people who are on the go. The game's GUI is designed to fit universally into each platform. This works well on mobile devices, but can come off as a little lackluster on PC where we're accustomed to more full-featured designs. The game itself runs smooth on both my desktop and laptop and the tracks I've tried out are all pretty well designed. I'd love to see more creative pickups in the future as well as more car customization options (decals, rims, etc.). Admittedly, not the type of game I would normally be inclined to pick up, but I'm thankful to the devs for giving me the opportunity to take it for a spin. This would be great for someone with kids who has a variety of devices that it can be cross played on.
First of all I want to thank the developers very much for the key to test this game This game is highly addictive. But also many opportunities for improvement. The music is not annoying and has a pleasant side effect. However, I have also experienced that I have heard opponents use a boost pad across the entire map. That was my indicator of how far away my opponents are, because unfortunately there is no rear view or map. The cars have a nice texture and the animation when starting a race or using a boost pad is great. However, as a player, I miss the landscape around the race track. Unfortunately, only a black dome can be seen here. I find the multiplayer mode and the possibility to start a championship, time trial or arcade race as a single player extremely positive. So you are not limited and can also train offline. Unfortunately, the HUD during the race does not show any speed. In order to constantly improve on certain racetracks, an Mp/h or Km/h display would be advantageous, because one often has the feeling that the boost pads are not accelerating the car but only animated. From the aspect of improving the race, it would also be nice to know during the race how fast you completed the last lap. The HUD offers plenty of space to display this. It would also be desirable to change the angle of the camera in the settings. On different routes, you only see a few seconds before where you have to go. The front view is very cool, but on all routes it is unfortunately more of a hindrance as to where to drive. I had my son (10) test this game and he couldn't handle the collision of the cars at all. Was constantly pushed out of the map but he found it more fun than annoying. In the game mode "Championship" and after a race the option to go back to the menu is on default. It has often happened to me that I had to repeat my run because I didn't click on continue but on the menu to continue quickly. I also tested the multiplayer aspect and for the whole race time I had a red writing with "Wrong Direction" although I obviously went in the right direction and crossed the finish line first. And it's unfortunately not obvious how to unlock more emotes or vehicles. The +10 coins box in a time trial is also annoying. I would rather concentrate on a fast lap instead of collecting another box that is not in my ideal line. A nice feature is the ability to select a topper or boost. All in all I had a very nice hour of fun with this game. That's how long it took until I played all the championships, the multiplayer mode with 3 others (bots), the arcade mode, the time trial and also upgraded a car to the maximum. Thank you for the game
