As you gain Experience, you gain Levels and Skill Points to allocate in the Character Skill Tree. Gaining a level also rewards you with a Trap & Turret skill point - the Trap & Turret skill points are shared between characters, so it is encouraged to try different characters to stack up your skill points. The skills can be reallocated at any time.
Playable classes in the full release are Sniper and Engineer. The Sniper class is aimed towards players seeking more action and maneuvering, while the Engineer's talent tree serves a more traditional Tower Defense type of gameplay.

In 2304, CyTech, a scientific research corporation and defense manufacturer revolutionized warfare after discovering ways to integrate artificial neural networks into humans, allowing soldiers to rapidly develop extraordinary abilities that would far exceed the opposition. However, after multiple generations had been tested in combat with great success, one generation found a way to surpass all other generations by multitudes by altering the genetic composition of the subjects. The subjects started experiencing mutations in their bodies, and over time were found to have experienced a rapid evolution into completely different beings.
This generation was found to be highly aggressive and hostile even towards the creators. Quickly the specimen, who viewed themselves as a superhuman race, rised against humanity and began creating clones of themselves to achieve superiority and control over the human population.
In 2325, you as part of mercenaries from Armorion, a private military contractor, were tasked to infiltrate the main research facility of CyTech to eliminate the rebelling specimens and end the production of new clones. The defense systems of the facility were dismantled and stripped down by the specimens, but the defense network was still connected and you were able to rearm the defenses by building turrets and traps into the existing defense pods. You will need to clear out the facility's sectors one by one and ensure the defenses are able to hold out any hostile specimens.

Great hybrid with dynamic battles and strategic building.
An exciting game, moderately difficult, in which you will have to think carefully about how to properly defend and repel opponents.
I like tower defences, but this one is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of fun combined with a good gameplay, character and tower improvements, nice maps and good overall expirience. Love it.
很棒的塔防,如果能加入一些基地自动卫兵或是无人机类的防御塔会更加有趣
So far so good! Only thing i want for christmas is controller support!
Legit made me ♥♥♥♥ MYSEKLF/poiu;plumytr
The game is a tower defence, pixel art, with the ability to move a character in-game to shoot some targets yourself, reinforce weak areas and other actions like hacking terminals etc. Didn't reach the hacking part yet. Tower defence: Not a big fan of the genre. It is good for mobile gaming while on the train heading to work. But for a PC gamer? Pointless. Pixel art: This is a double edged sword. Some games have a strong artistic content making pixel art sublime, giving it a character. And you still have to care for this artistic value to be a plus. Two big conditions. And then there is the negative edge where we hide lazy development, cheap graphics, lack of vision behind the "pixel art" concept. I fear this is the latter here. I may be a difficult customer, but the game is ugly. Higher resolution, better animations would have done a better job. My humble opinion: Epic fail on that part. Grind and difficulty: I played for less than an hour before giving up. No pleasure in the game, sorry. Got stuck in a mission. I could invest more time in micro-managing my resources, and it seems natural in a Tower Defence game, but... No pleasure at all to invest the time to research tactics. Micro managing one trap and two types of turrets? And the starting turrets are so limited. They can only fire in a single direction, at a boring rate, you need skills to upgrade them twice etc. The entry ticket price is a bit steep. Not sure it is balanced in its current state. Universe and enemies: First enemies encountered are hard to identify. Are they zombies? Psychos? Space invaders? NO IDEA. You get to pick between a sniper and a technician. Wait. Why sniper? Fights happen inside a building. Can't I have a machine gunner or a rifleman? Snipers ain't that cool anymore. Not sure they were portrayed right enough to be cool in the first place and those we were shovel fed were only cool if you ain't thinking straight. Controls: Simple AWSD control, mouse to shoot and place turrets and traps. Simple and effective. But your starting weapon at least got a very limited range. Your pistol is slow to fire. Not reloadable (unlimited bullets at a ridiculous pace) and a ridiculous range. To give you some numbers, melee enemies can hit at range 10 and you can shoot them at range 25. And it feels like 15. They take a few steps after entering the range of you gun and they can tear you up with their fingers. You feel quite useless. And when you die, it takes 30 seconds to respawn, and... Well... Most of the time, it is game over already. You can use a form of "time compression", make the game go faster to clear the waves of enemies. But you have to be confident in your setup. As your clumsy limited character won't be easy to micro-manage at 2x. You stop to sneeze a second when enemies are at range, and you are dead. Challenges: You can gain more XP by taking challenges. Not take damage. Extra HP and damage for enemies etc. So, you might have to go play the maps you finished to gain XP and unlock resources for the next ones. Replayability? NOPE. Just a shortcut to add playtime. Challenges are challenging, and you have to be challenged to enjoy them. Sorry. Just didn't like it that much. RPG elements, skills and upgrades: You can eventually build your character with armor, guns, ugprades your turrets and tools, upgrade your skills, add bleeding damage, bonus this, bonus that. Which is nice. Not gonna lie. But... Again, I gave up after less than 1hr of game-play. So, I can't tell you more. Verdict: Do you love dark tower defence games and pixel art? You have an obsessive personality forcing you to join SM clubs and play poorly designed games? This game is for you. If you have a proper gaming PC and a healthy brain, as healthy as a brain can in 2025 with a working internet access, keep walking. Trust me bruh.
Tower defense with the participation of a hero, you can choose an engineer or a sniper, I played as a sniper and he is essentially an additional tower that moves and shoots) I don’t know yet what the engineer does, I need to try it sometime
Sometimes it's interesting to play tower defense. But this game is different from others in that here we are directly involved. Bad one thing that the game has little animation and a lot of pixels. Everything looks static, it's not beautiful. But all this is overlapped by a variety of weapons and gadgets. Pumping a lot, very much, here to farmer and farmer. The toy is good. Here would be more pleasant picture ...
