Our testing initiative has been highly praised all around the globe as the best way to train our planet against ẅ̷͕̠́ç̴͉̯͔͛͌͘z̵̗̳̕͠ ̶̧̢̮̽q̶̜͋̃̂́v̵̯͇̬̾̑͝m̸̯̬̋͛̇d̶̦̦̦͚̈́͛́͠q̶̦͓͕̤͂́̒b̵̝̖̽̓́i̸̩̫̿̿j̵̜̦́̽̉ţ̴̍̍m̵̢̌̅̊ͅ ̶̹́l̵̛̝̓m̷̛̮̟̝̺̈̑͝i̵̦͒̉̒b̸̧̖̖̯̓̎̕p̷̠̜̼̋̈́̆͝. We're so glad you've decided to be apart of this, and we can't wait to get started!
Throughout our tests, you'll have to:
Use items such as rocket launchers and grappling hooks. However please be advised that these item may not be available in certain sanctioned testing areas
Avoid Divination Science Training Bots. Our patented training bots will be present in certain testing areas, and must be avoided, for your own sake. We are not liable for any injury that may occur.
Interact with testing elements such as, Testing Cubes, Testing Keypads, Testing Buttons, and whatever else Management decided to slap the word "testing" in front of.
Before you begin, please note that due to ongoing external issues, our testing chambers may not be in the most pristine state during your sanctioned test time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please also note that Divination Science is not responsible for any harm or injury that may occur to test takers as a result of the Divination Science Defense Training Initiative... but of course, you knew that when you signed the contract...

The dev of this game can't take basic valid criticism, so I won't hold anything back with this review. The controls just feel absolutely horrible, and the puzzles feel like they had no play-testing. The graphics look like something made by a 12 year old, and again, the dev can't understand the fact that people saying something negative is just them wanting a better product. Do not buy this game, it's like portal but incompetent. Also i know my playtime is low I played on a different account on my steam family by accident.
I got recommended a random video of a guy saying the developer had a tantrum that people were complaining the puzzles are too difficult, it was less than 1 dollar so I bought to do my personal review. Apparently the developer is very young (15 - MAYBE 20) so I won't be really harsh on my criticism. Unfortunately, this game feels more like an unfinished test build than a polished experience. Despite reportedly having 15 playtesters, numerous major bugs, skips, softlocks, and progression-breaking issues remain in the game. These are not obscure edge cases, I had ROUGHLY 5 major game-breaking bugs and softlocks during my gameplay that forced me to quit and play again, AND THE GAME DOES NOT SAVE, YOU HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING AGAIN. - There is a major softlock in the rocket launcher and two-cube puzzle. If you throw the rocket launcher onto the second floor and then fall down, there is no way to retrieve it and no option to reset the puzzle. - The rocket launcher section contains a significant skip. By firing all three rockets at once, the first rocket's boost is amplified by the other two, resulting in an unintended super jump that allows players to bypass parts of the section. - On the same note, if you perform the super-jump, the game adds a "floor" to the air, making you unable to complete the section as you are literally walking on air. - The maze can be skipped by doing a simple wall-glitch with a cube on your hand. - If you ALT TAB while on the RETRY screen, the game gets bugged and does not allow you to RETRY again, forcing you to leave the game. - The stealth sections are effectively pointless. There is no need to crouch, hide, or engage with any stealth mechanics at all, in-fact, if you just zig-zag left and right you can completely avoid all damage. - You can B-HOP and make the "run from the robot" section VERY easy. - Another issue is the apparent achievement system. Based on the progression of the game, achievements seem intended to unlock as sections are completed, but none of them functioned during my playthrough, I only have the first one. The writing of this game is awkward and I am unable to take it seriously, too many: "Erm, is this really serious?" which just shows a pure uninterest and lack of seriousness within the plot that leads to the player to not care about what's going on. The game is clearly inspired by Portal and other Portal-like puzzle games, while also attempting to incorporate horror elements. However, it fails to balance these influences effectively. The writing treats every situation as a joke or a self-aware reference, while the horror segments expect the player to suddenly take the experience seriously. As a result, neither aspect works particularly well. The humor weakens any sense of tension, and the horror lacks impact because the game has spent so much time convincing the player not to care about what is happening, I was literally about to punch my monitor when "REDACTED.EXE" showed up at the end and told me to the restart the game and try it again. WHO ARE YOU BRO. The game's robotic companion is another example of how heavily it borrows from Portal without understanding what made those elements work in the first place. The character is clearly intended to be a GLaDOS-style AI that constantly mocks and belittles the player, but instead of being witty, memorable, or entertaining, it comes across as VERY VERY VERY IRRITATING. Much of its dialogue revolves around calling the player stupid, mocking them for taking too long, or making the same sarcastic remarks repeatedly. This might have been amusing if the puzzles were consistently well-designed, but they AREN'T, so listening to a guy calling me stupid for taking 2 extra minutes on some posters is annoying. Talking about poorly-made puzzles: There is a gambling mechanic present, but it has virtually no impact on gameplay. While I can accept it as a test feature, it currently adds little value to the overall experience. Please don't use cards as shapes that you have to do for puzzles, just add the shapes, it's better and more intuitive, also, make your robot STOP TALKING when I am paying attention to the cards. Poster puzzle is ok, I just think its annoying how one of the numbers is not directly told on the posters when the robot directly mentions the posters. After the loading screen, the jump puzzle becomes especially frustrating. Earlier in the game, the rocket launcher teaches the player that it can be used for self-propulsion. However, the solution to this puzzle requires a completely different jump technique that was never taught or hinted at. This is genuinely just poor player guidance. Random comments: - The glitch entities and accompanying sound effects appear to be intended as horror elements. However, they are not particularly scary. Most of the discomfort comes from how loud and annoying the sounds are rather than any genuine sense of tension or fear. I was playing this on a Sunday at 2AM and I was more frustrated at the annoying sounds than scared. - Please never make a low health sound beep every 1.5 seconds. - TEST Failed sound effect is annoying especially at the jump platform section. My final verdict is that I can see potential here. There are a few interesting concepts buried within the game, and I can tell there was genuine effort put into creating something ambitious. However, the project feels like it was built around ideas that sounded funny, cool, or scary in isolation rather than around a solid understanding of what makes those elements work in a game. Humor is quirky internet-chungus and the horror relies on loud noises and interruptions. That said, I believe this is largely a matter of experience. You're young, and game development is a skill that takes time to learn, the most important lesson is that good games are not simply a collection of features references, jokes, puzzles, and horror elements. What matters is how those pieces work together to create a consistent and enjoyable experience for the player. I would NOT recommend this game right now, but I definitely hope you get to make more games that are improved and you get to become a great developer one day.
The way the narrator degrades you feels extremely personal, given how the developer acts. And, unfortunately, each and every puzzle was designed with his narrow world view and no other, with a maze. I got to a part where there's a jump you're supposed to use some weird jank tech (according to the developer himself, he posted you do the jump with some weird clipping bug) and the game softlocked on the second death screen. With how poor the movement is, and how even just touching a wall with the displaced air of movement totally stops you, I do not have it in me to either beat this game OR give the dev my singular dollar. The gameplay is bland, narrated by a narcissist ranting at you in some form of him feeling catharsis from having people hear him degrade them, I would imagine. I can't imagine not having known he was a narcissist beforehand would have swayed my opinion; he very clearly implies how some people are smarter than others, and not-so-subtly has implied the character with a 1-to-1 of his voice is some kind of super intellect who sees you as subpar. I would have admittedly not really cared, were it not for the mask slip that was his meltdown. I'm going to go take the dollar back and go spend it on a slot machine. I would feel less degraded for not fitting into the exact psyche of this developer than if a casino actively stole it from me. I did give it an earnest chance. I really did try to enjoy it, I came in with low expectations, but between how you poisoned the well with your unhinged rant on how stupid the people who have GIVEN YOU MONEY FOR YOUR PRODUCT ARE and how you are clearly both unwilling and unable to change the severe flaws and deficiencies of this game or any other you make (as it would require admitting no one in life is really a main character, including you,) I have no hope any feedback here is anything but screaming into the void, and people who might have otherwise had the misfortune of giving you a dollar for a substandard product. And while that rant was some time ago, you can't really make people unsee the face behind the mask once they're aware of who you are, especially when the game itself reinforces it.
This game looks and plays like a Banbanified version of portal. Whenever you contact a wall or stairs, your character immediately gets stuck, and when your character isn't stuck, the floor feels like it has ice physics. The game tries to be a horror game and a puzzle game and fails at both. The narrator also feels like a copy of GLaDOS or Wheatley but with none of what made those characters fun and interesting. Would not recommend.
Dull atmosphere, announcer quickly got annoying, zero checkpoints, unintuitive puzzles and controls and several strange softlocks that can occur for seemingly no reason. This is the only game I have ever refunded, and I would only recommend it if you fee like wasting a dollar to torment yourself That and the creator is very unreceptive to criticism, especially on their abysmal puzzle design, so if you were hoping to provide feedback to the developer on how to fix this awful mess of a game, you're better off sending those critiques to them via carrier pigeon as it'd result in the same thing as sending them directly.
- No sound options, no control remaping. These are the basics. - No option to remove the timer - Too lazy to implement doors: They're items we remove from walls. - Touching a wall halts movement. This is the kind of stuff that's usually dealt with in the first hours when making a movement system. - The writing is trying to copy Glados/Weathley without understanding why these characters were good: It's just boringly bad. - There's no reason to have an ammo system, particularly when the reload "animations" are stuff that should only be used during internal developement. - No save system before room 13, dying bring back to the beginning of the game: This is awfully bad. - The stealth room is just a repeat of the same thing 3 times. There's a sad lack of creativity with the game own's systems. - There's some cute edgy secret going on with screamers and stuff, but I'd rather have seen the time put into that be put into making the core of the game good instead. - Weirdly bad performances in some sections, which shouldn't happen when everything is a white block. - Glass is weak so we can break it when dropping something on it from high up, but not when blasted with a rocket ? What ? - The lights on the ground can block movement of the players. Landing on them from high up might clip the player in the ground. - A REALLY obnoxious use of jumpscares. Displaying something during half a second is not proper narration. Combined with the suicide imagery, it makes everything looks pretty immature. - The room with the code is weirdly stupid, seeing the description of the game, review and the in-game voicelines that were added, the developer seems to have designed an awful puzzle before masturbating themselves at the idea that people couldn't figure it out. The code is 4325, by the way. - The maze is an incredibly lazy time sink. No one that want their players to have fun would do this. Giving the map at first, and letting it fill up as the player move around, would have solved this. - There's a room about reading Brail, why are we entirely giving up the concept of a PHYSIC BASED puzzle game ??? - The death screen can bug, not letting hit any option. Anyway, overall this looks like an early build, the kind of stuff done in a day to test a mechanic, not a game you put on a store with a pricetag.
Ignoring the Developers reputation, The game in its self has some serious issues. - There are lots of clipping issues with collisions that have seemed to be overlooked. - There are a good few soft lock's within the gameplay that cause you to be stuck at certain points. - The second time you die you immediately are soft locked and forced to close the game and restart. - The Art style has some cohesion but there are parts that clearly look different or un-similar to one another which struggles to keep the game looking clean - There are no audio settings meaning that if your audio is up even slightly some audio clips are completely ear piercingly loud. In conclusion I genuinely feel as though this game should not have been released in this state. It as a whole is not a terrible premise however unfortunately the concept was not executed in a way that is fun for the player.
skill issue
horrible game. do not buy this. You are better off giving your money to a homeless person on the street than this garbage, slop puzzles, ♥♥♥♥ npcs where you run faster than their bullets, poster room seems to be missing a red poster, idiot dev who talks badly about other games doing the exact same as him. A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, waste of money asset flip. I'm all for supporting devs but i'm refunding this slop. In conclusion, the puzzles are not difficult, the npcs are horribly coded and I got bored after 10m. Not worth the 89p i spent on this. Go play some game on itch for free at this point or even some roblox ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ would be better than this. oh and p.s.I add, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ narrator is so annoying. Whoever voiced that, please please please please never speak in a game again. I would rather stroke my ♥♥♥♥ with sand paper for 30m until I play another second of this waste of time game. Honestly I cannot stress enough how bad this game is. The rocket reticle isnt even close to on piece as well, forgot to mention that. 0/10 would not recommend. pps go play portal, this is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clone ppps Not a skill issue before the dev says so, ive played many puzzle games and have racked up thousands of hours in gaming as a whole. pppps this is one of the first games ive given a negative review too. Honestly in my over 9 years of playing games this is the worst. Delete this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ off steam
It has some potential but i think could definitely use more work. this game's main concept is honestly one i kinda like! switching between different 'weapons' to get around and solve puzzles is pretty interesting, and it's one that i think could be expanded upon pretty well. however, the puzzles don't really utilize this to its full potential; most of them are based around more general puzzle related stuff, like finding and solving codes. the puzzles that do use these weapons are usually pretty straightforward, and some of them probably could have been remade without them. Despite this, i think most the puzzles are alright; i actually kinda liked the one with the posters and the generators (is that what they're called?) Now there are quite a few things i don't like... - there was a room with these so called "Divination Science Training Bots" that i died to, mostly because i couldn't really understand their movement patterns; they seemed to just sorta zip around and rotate to whatever direction they felt? it was confusing and i ended up having to replay the previous puzzles since there wasn't a checkpoint there (there is one later in the game but it's pretty far in.) - there's this maze "puzzle" that honestly feels like it's there to pad out the runtime, it's a boring slog to get through. in its defense, i *do* have terrible cartographics skills, but it still is a boring room nonetheless. - the controls are also a janky mess; there's waaayyy too much friction on the walls and floors, and the general movement is very unsatisfying. this makes the rocket launcher a pain to use, although the grappling hook isn't too affected by this. - I feel like this game could benefit a lot from some kind of level select or save system; I died on chamber 13 and the game softlocked on the retry screen, which forced me to restart from the beginning. From there i genuinely just decided to stop playing because i was out of energy. i *did* beat the game first, but that was the secret ending. (i'm not sure how i got the secret ending before the normal one...) the rest is alright! the graphics are nothing to write about and the story is actually kinda interesting. The game actually has some pretty charming moments but i didn't really enjoy it. if you have a dollar to spare and some time to waste then buy it i guess, but don't go in expecting some really provocative or innovative stuff.
