NEOGEO POCKET COLOR SELECTION Vol.2

I bought it for SNK v Capcom Card Fighters Clash, no regrets.

Great little collection. Works great with Steam Deck.

It was fall of 1999, I was in the local Toys R' Us. I saw this New dealio called a "NeoGeo Pocket Color" for a neat $99. I was taken by this new Gameboy killer and it had METAL SLUG!!?. YASS!!..... Then NeoGeo was Belly-up....then we all had a collectors item. Yay? Yes!! Then someone broke into my Car and stole my NGP and my copy of Demon Buster, Match of the millennium, and pacman...dammit... they weren't sellin those anymore. I had searched for many a year and had another but lost track of it, dammit again. Then Steam released The Two Collections Including ALL the games i had, (Except pac-man... oh well) and the others i wanted (Metal Slug THANK YOU) Finally, I'm happy again after 20 years. (this second collection doesn't offer full screen though, be aware. No biggy)

Half the titles aren't in English. But you must be an SNK freak like me to be interested in the first place.

for $40 they should of translated the japan only games

This game has an excellent version of Cardfighters Clash, one of the greatest card games ever made. And they added the ability to play both versions, and trade cards between them, allowing you to get some of the cards which need trading. It's actually a really amazing port.

Code Mystics please please please do a Neo Geo Pocket Color Selection Volume 3 with Dive Alert and Faselei. I would love a legal modern easy way for players to access Epoch's games and this is their best chance.

ネオポケタイトルの詰め合わせ。 格ゲー・ACT多めのVOL.1と比較すると、スポーツやボドゲ、パズルなど癖のあるジャンルが多い。 自分はロックマンをプレイしたかったので購入。 カードゲームの『激突カードファイターズ』が特に面白かった。 SNK・カプコンの様々なキャラのドット絵を見るだけでも楽しい。 ポケカGBが好きだった人はハマると思う。 ※設定でSNK版orカプコン版を変更できる(初期デッキ、一部入手カード等が変わる)。 『ロックマン バトル&ファイターズ』はボス戦特化のロックマン。格ゲーアーケードみたいなゲーム。 3コースから一つ選んで異なる6ボスと戦う。全ボス倒した後にワイリーステージ2戦。 難易度・ボリューム含めてかなり気楽に遊べる。 このゲームはアーケードの『パワーバトル』『パワーファイターズ』をFC風にドット化して移植したもの。 ※ちなみにこの2タイトルはカプコンアーケードスタジアム2で遊べる。 FCドット風だが、FCロックマンよりドット解像度が高くなっており動きの表現力が増している。 不満点は横長マップでギリ端まで移動しないとスクロール開始されない点。 ＝その他のタイトルの感想＝ 『ビッグバンプロレス』 　同系列のマッスルボマーは苦手だが、こっちは簡単にクリアできた。shoが使いやすかった。 　打撃主体で相手倒して追撃、名前が光ったら必殺技(A+B)も狙う感じで勝てるようになった。 『THE KING OF FIGHTERS バトルDEパラダイス』 　SNK版マリオパーティ。 　ミニゲームのCPUが強すぎるｗ 　連打ゲー・反射ゲーは勝てる気がしない。 『つなげてポンッ！2』 　シンプルルールなパズルゲーム。結構面白い。 　クリアで謎のカードを収集するご褒美がある。 『ポケットテニスカラー』 　左右の打ち分けで楽に点が取れる。 　難易度的にも慣れたら遊びやすい。 　スマッシュだけは難しい。範囲がシビアで空振りまくる。 　トーナメント決勝の相手は必見。 『ベースボールスターズカラー』 　やや難しい。特に打撃部分は正解がわかりづらい。 『ネオジオカップ'98PLUS』 　こちらもやや難しい。ディフェンダーが強い印象。 　パスも味方位置がわかりづらく、オートターゲットではないのがつらい。 　ただストーリーモードのお金を稼いで自チームの強化するシステムは面白い。 『ガンバレねおぽけくん』 　いろいろボタンを押してミニゲームを開発してくれるのを待つゲーム。 　開発してくれるまでの待ち時間は正直自分には合わなかった。 　あと、オプション-リセットでデータ初期化される気がする。押さないこと。 『バイオモーター・ユニトロン』 　取っつきやすい難易度〇。ロボを強化していくRPG。 　古めのUIで面倒な部分もあるが最終的にがっつりハマるぐらいに面白かった。 　武器で見た目が変化するのも凝っている。
