NEKOPARA Voi.4 - это то продолжение, которое сделано 10/10. Реально, сюжет в этой части намного глубже и лучше, чем в прошлых вместе взятых. Визуал тоже подтянули оч сильно. Vol.4 < Vol.1 < EXTRA < Vol.0 < Vol.2 < Vol.3 While the production quality definitely went up from 1-2-3-4, the direction clearly went off the paved road the previous volumes built. While some grammar was fixed in JP compared to vol.3 , the EN translation is not as professional and took a more casual and slangy approach. The pacing is as bad as Vol.1 where the story sometimes progress quickly and other times painfully slow. I actually skipped through half of chapter 2 and completely skipped without reading chapter 3. The 18+ patch is not even available on the Steam page and having went through vol .1-2-3 with the 18+ patch, I can definitely tell there was maximum 3 scenes in this one, the only one I wish I could've seen is the harem one. But it's not worth the price at all. There is 2 major problems I would like to close the review on. First, the visuals, although in 1080p instead of 720p, were a bit too bright and the visuals were moving too much and constantly changing character on the screen. Chapter 1 and the first half of Chapter 2 really felt like entertainment made for kids with adhd. I have severe untreated adhd and it was aweful to go through, really unimmersive and uncomfortable. I prefered all the other volumes to this one... The other may be a nitpick but it was a big downside to catch and hard to ignore... Their personalities have changed, some traits are now dominant and others almost invisible, instead of a careful blend that makes them unique, they were made to be like a "double or nothing", which didn't fit for the most part. Honestly, a really big downfall from vol 3 to 4 to end it, I would strongly advise against giving it a shot.
