Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Jul 23 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's an alright entry in the dystopian sim category, but it really has a number of flaws. For one, besides "Oh no I don't get money today" there's almost no penalty for failure, and money itself is pretty irrelevant besides buying yourself new toys. There's no consequences! You can leave the org at multiple story points, which "ends" the game til you reload it. Most dystopian games make you feel like you have no choice in the matter of your participation, though the data selling portion does give you some of that "I have to be doing this" feel. It falls short in communicating clear directions sometimes, too; you get new tools and data given to you but sometimes the instructions get int he way of making accurate assessments.
seriously addictive, finally a game with a theme and a plot different from the classic: "bad intelligence in the communist regime - exterminating everything that doesn't suit the authorities"

Es un juego que te ayuda a desarrollar tu habilidad de prestar atención al detalle, la trama también es interesante y el juego de moralidad llama la atención. Me a gustado y si te gusta este tipo de juegos vale la pena jugarlo.
Very interesting, nuanced game
I would recommend getting this at this price point. It's long gameplay though there are parts that can be unclear, or confusing. With some trial and error it's easy to get around. Overall if you're looking for a hacker style game it's a good casual play.
Good if linear game. It's a great spy thriller with some good twists. The game is 7 years old now and but it's themes are more relevant than ever. It even managed to predict the future.
It uses a pretty solidly done gameplay loop as foundation for a story. It's much, MUCH longer than I thought it would be- I haven't finished yet, but regardless it's value for money.
Yes the actual game mechanic is extremely repetitive, but for me, it was a nice game to come back to over a long period of time and find ease and comfort in its familiarity. If the mechanic looks fun for you, I think you'll get a lot of fun out of this!
This is a game with enjoyable gameplay. I don't dread the red-meat sections of working for the DoL. It's a good play. Do it.
I really enjoyed Need To Know. It's a bit of a hacker, ethical dilemma and political title. You work for a highly invasive government surveillance department, investigating a wide range of people. As you advance up the ranks of the department, you gain new surveillance tools and become more enmeshed in its mission. The hacking/surveillance gameplay is trickier and more exacting than similar games and the material for which your looking and type of people you're investigating varies from day to day. Also, the game is not too short, which I appreciated. Need To Know is a strong title.
