Necrologium

A really nice, polished, and short game! The gameplay is simple and easy to learn, though I felt the pacing was a bit too flat at times. The cases are quite similar, and some solutions can be a little confusing. For example, some choices are vague or feel very similar to each other, so picking the right one may feels more like luck than interpretation. Still, it was a solid 3-hour experience, and I particularly enjoyed the final case, when the solution finally clicked, it felt amazing! I definitely recommend it, a very good game overall!

This game was awesome. I love solving a good mystery. My only 2 criticisms are 1 - Sometimes it's not clear what you're supposed to do/how to progress. And 2 - The models not having nipples just look weird (Especially the female) But overall, I loved it and it was a lot of fun to play! A cozy and amazing little investigative game about solving crime and murder cases, with nice subplots and story telling. Big credit to the art people from the team, loved the drawings and items' design, ♥♥♥♥'s fire. Worth the price. 8/10

I'd describe Necrologium as a workplace simulator rather than a detective adventure game, even though it has a deduction board and some other detective gameplay elements. The combination of the quiet isolated workplace, quiet methodical gameplay and the grim subject matter works great to create a mix of coziness and unease. Figuring out the clues and connections was fun, but a couple of times I did have to rely on guessing or brute-forcing the solutions -- or, as the game calls it, experimenting :). There aren't many possible options, so, perhaps with the exception of the final puzzle, the game is quite easy. The 3D models of the bodies aren't very detailed, and certain concessions made to tone down the visuals look rather silly, but at the same time there are some elements which, in my opinion, make Necrologium a more disturbing game than the much more detailed and explicit Autopsy Simulator. The game also has various notes and printed materials featuring some impressive 2D art.

I just finished Necrologium, and I had a really good time with it. Yes, it’s a short game, but it was genuinely fun from start to finish. The mix of story, investigation, and puzzle solving kept me engaged the whole time. Examining the bodies, looking for clues, and slowly piecing together what happened to the victims was really satisfying. I also have to admit something: I weirdly enjoy autopsy games. Maybe that’s my slightly morbid side talking… haha. But this one really scratched that itch. The atmosphere is dark and mysterious, and uncovering each character’s story made the investigation feel meaningful. The puzzles were enjoyable and fit nicely with the narrative, and I liked how the investigation slowly revealed the bigger picture. My only “complaint” is that I simply wanted more of it. I would absolutely play a longer version or even more cases in the future. Short, but definitely worth the experience if you enjoy story-driven mystery and investigative puzzle games.

Really enjoyed this game! Visual style is good, the art is great, especially the tarot cards (I'll be keeping my eyes open to see if an official deck comes out). I do wish there was more to do though, like maybe an endless night kind of mode. Definitely recommend it, especially for the price!

Loved this one. The atmosphere is thick, the writing is great, and the mystery keeps pulling you deeper. It feels more like uncovering a forgotten story than just playing a game. The pacing is slow in a good way—really lets things sink in. Totally worth the time. в данной игре вы будете играть за детектива в отставке, которому внезапно поступает дело, с которым, конечно же, может справиться только он. вскрытия в игре вы проводить не будете, но будете рассматривать тела жертв (с помощью лупы), вытаскивать инородные предметы из ран жертв (есть специальные ножницы и скальпель), а ещё, если у жертвы на теле есть какие-то язвы или что-то подобное, то вы будете брать образец (шприцем). но дело не то чтобы обычное, вместе с материалами дела вам доставляют непонятную камеру с изображением рун, которая фотографирует труп, только если вы подбираете для трупа подходящую ему руну. определить руну можно по характеру и поступкам жертвы – есть руны убийцы, обманщика, вора и т.д. после этого будет сделан снимок, который раскроет вам судьбу жертвы. но, конечно же, на выборе правильной руны ничего не заканчивается, потому что сам снимок жертвы нужно будет ещё проявить. снимок проявить можно с помощью составления специального реагента для каждой жертвы. опять же, вам присылают необычные колбы-ингредиенты. один реагент состоит из 1 колбы с содержимым с тела жертвы (например, крови, гноя, слюны, следы пороха) + один из присланных необычных ингредиентов. у необычных ингредиентов, как и у рун, есть свои описания. тоже нужно выбрать по значению – только ингредиенты связаны с тем, как жертва умерла и иногда с какими-то мотивами жертвы. правда, с подбором необычных ингредиентов для некоторых жертв могут возникнуть проблемы (с некоторыми всё неоднозначно довольно), так что, если что, обращайтесь к прохождениям на ютубе. в данной игре есть только автосохранение, и игра сохраняется часто. игра очень интересная, правда стоит предупредить, что она не чисто детектив-детектив. ближе к концу игры начнёт активно затрагиваться тема колдовства и еврейской мифологии/демонологии. но в целом, мне понравился и детективный аспект, и такой аспект игры. моментами немного сложные и необычные английские слова появляются, которые обычно в обиходе не используются, но в целом всё понятно и интересно написано. также ОЧЕНЬ ВАЖНО предупредить о том, что когда у вас будет жертва с бинтами на руках (один из монахов, тот, что будет первее и помоложе), и вы будете срезать ИМЕННО ЛЕВЫЙ бинт, который без крови, игра фризнется. если не сразу, так на половине бинта точно. у меня не фризнулось на этом моменте только после 3 перезапуска игры. хотелось бы, чтобы разработчики это починили. dear developers, i absolutely love this game, its was very interesting to play, it is so immersive and captivating, and is a perfect mix of detective and supernatural genres. but i am sincerely asking you TO FIX the specific constant bug which happens to every player. this bug happens every time you try cutting the left bandage on the hand of the friar, pedro tomini. the game freezes during that moment. thank you! i'll be looking forward to your next games.

I had a lot of fun in the first half but was waiting for a moment you can finally do something on your own. It's an interesting game for people that like trial & error puzzles. On some you will be stuck without any clues feeling like something is missing to piece together what you have to do. I recommended this game because there is no neutral vote.
