The Heritage

The Heritage is an indie micro budget horror game. In this game you walk around an abandoned haunted house and solve puzzles. The game took me 30 minutes to complete. + The game works and flows at a nice pace. The game is cheap, but it feels somewhat polished. + Some of the puzzles were original and interesting. + Several jump scares got me good. - The game is extremely short. - The whole house is a popular store bought asset I have seen in many other horror games. - No interesting music or sound effects. Several sound effects sounded horrible and irritating. - No real backstory other that you inherit a haunted house. - The ghosts look cheap, laughable and ridiculous. It can be fun for a half hour late at night to relax, but I wouldn't pay more than a cup of coffee for it. Many other better games to play with your time. Overall: 4/10

ITS AN OKAY GAME. NOTHING SPECIAL

Great atmosphere and puzzles, and I loved the dark legacy behind the inheritance.

The puzzles were fun, and I tried to complete them in fear. It’s very hard to play when you’re home alone :) I’m waiting for the second one.

1. 버그가 있다. 상호작용 되는 물체임에도 불구하고 보이지 않는 경우가 있음. 2. 한국어 지원한다면서 막상 들어가면 지원 하나도 안되어있다. 폰트 문제인지 모르겠지만 한글이 전부 ㅁㅁㅁㅁ이렇게 나와있어서 영어로 플레이했다. 3. 4,500원의 가격임에도 불구하고 게임성이 없다. 퍼즐 이외에 상호작용 되는 물체가 하나도 없음. 같은 가격대에 다른 게임만 봐도 재밌고 할만 한 게임들이 많다. 4. 엔딩이 별로다. 열심히 플레이해서 끝까지 깼는데 엔딩 컷신이라고 잠시 보여주고 Thanks for playing 0.2초만에 지나간 후 로비로 나온다. 마지막에 몰려오는 허무함이 2배가 된다. 근본 없는 점프스퀘어가 많고 점프스퀘어 나올때 소리가 매우 크니 조심할 것. 심장 떨어지는 줄 알았다. 만일 당신이 이 게임을 플레이 하고 싶다면 차라리 담배를 한갑 피우는 것을 추천 *26년 3월 13일 플레이 해본 결과 한글패치 완벽하게 해놨음 점점 진화하는 게임 좋다 근데 게임성은 여전히 별로고 ㅇㅇ

O jogo parecia ter tudo pra ser legal, mas achei um pouco complicado por dois fatores: é muito lento pra andar (muito lento mesmo), poderia ter uma opção de andar mais rápido porque acaba se tornando monótono se você precisar ir dá toda uma volta na casa até chegar no porão que fica na parte de trás da casa por exemplo, e a pessoa tem que advinhar os puzzles sem jogo dar dicas realmente boas. Eu passei uns minutos andando pela casa, li as cartas e por exemplo uma delas dizia algo como "não entre na terceira porta", aí vou até a terceira porta e simplesmente não abriu, rodo a casa inteira tentando achar algo que abra essa terceira porta e não tem dica de como abrir essa terceira porta, não tem nada! Eu fiquei tipo "ué?", e após ter rodado pela casa quase 40 minutos e tentar entender e quebrar a cabeça eu simplesmente desisti. Os puzzles requer muita paciência e infelizmente eu não tive dessa vez, mas eu achei legal os gráficos e a proposta parace ser boa, mas simplesmente é um não para mim.
