The graphics or this game look like it's from the PS4 era, which is fine, but it runs like ♥♥♥♥ for what it looks like. You cannot adjust the FOV (wtf?) and cannot adjust you seat position (double wtf?) The FFB needs to be absolutely maxed out for feel anything on the G29 (still no FFB when centered) There is no depth to anything, its all surface level. If this was a PS4 game, itd be okay, as a PC game, this absolutely sucks. Nascar Thunder 2004 is still way better. For a modern singleplayer, immersive nascar sim, Ill stick to my Automobilista 2 championship.
この一言に凝縮されるNASCARの魅力 「レコードラインをなぞるのに飽きたらこれをやれ」 F1などのコーナー一発勝負じゃない。3ワイドは当たり前。常に並走者がいる緊張感はNASCARでしか味わえない。レース中にレコードラインなんてとれば確実にクラッシュになる。 途切れることの無い緊張の世界に足を一歩踏み入れよう。 グルグル回っているだけで退屈そう？ははは、 ナンセンス。 同じスペックのマシンでF1のスタート直後の混戦のような状態がレース中ずっと続く。自分が取れるラインは極端に狭い。焦ったり強引に抜こうとすれば簡単にポジションを落とす。平静を保ち隙があれば前に出なければ勝てない。 ポジションを上げるコツはランデブー。次に、前走者の真後ろに接触するくらいビタづけすること。 ラインを変える時は必ず周りの車の存在を確認。そうでないとテールが接触してスピンする。（車外視点にすればそんな心配はないが、車外視点でやるなら、ほかのゲームをやりなよ） また、このゲームを楽しむ大前提は1位にならない絶妙なゲームバランスを維持すること。 当然視点はコクピット視点一択。そうでないとNASCARという競技の醍醐味をほぼ完全に失う。出来れば高性能なサラウンドヘッドフォンが欲しいところ。 途切れない集中力と心臓を鍛えたい人におすすめ。 あと、たぶんこのゲームやると他のレースゲームが上手くなる気がする。その逆は無い。と思う。（一般常識的なスキルがある人が前提） 【注意点】 間違ってもレースゲーム初心者が「カッコいい」とか「V8サウンド」とかに憧れてやるゲームではない。そうゆう人は百歩譲って、どうせすぐセールになるから待ちましょう。

Doesn't matter how many times I put in the Playstation controller, it doesn't work even with the Steam input connected.. This is the worst I have ever had in trying to control a game.
This game on PC is a pile of trash, I couldn't even get past my first real race in career mode before I ran into an issue. Apparently the input settings commonly glitches out on PC and maps a controller completely incorrect making things like requesting a Pit Stop completely impossible to do. Along side that I can't shift up or down without activating other inputs. I do NOT recommend buying this unless it's on an actual console from Sony or Microsoft.
It looks and sounds great, but too much was game-ified for me to enjoy it. You have very crude upgrades to your car in career mode and extremely simplified car setups to work with. Having driven a real stock car before, the handling feels all wrong in the game. So much realism is stripped out, it lost me quickly.
For £70 I expect a game that is actually fun , I'm a fan of f1 but this game frankly sucks , graphics are not good , ui looks straight out of 2008 , sound does not use my surround sound well at all , and quite frankly its not fun it's just stress full.
Don't come into this game thinking it's a cheaper version of iRacing. Understand what it is, just play and have fun.
Great game! IRacing really did well for their first mainstream console/pc release. It's not perfect, but way better than Heat. Best game in years.

I was lukewarm on a positive review. Then I played multiplayer. The career is pretty basic. You basically race and wait for parts to unlock. You can't hire drivers for your race teams. The paint booth is pretty limited. Multiplayer. Has basic bugs making it faster to play demolition derby than race. This is a game mode for 12 year olds.
