2/10 ___________________________________________________ Cool idea but bad realization. Lets begin with graphics. im a huge fan of pixel games, PS2 styled games, but this is TOO much here. you can see objects well only getting closer. when you`re a bit further, all tables, papers, chairs etc mixing up in big pixel mess. like white noise. its making opening code-lock on the door a bit harder, because you simply dont see numbers. Whats worse, it makes harder chase at the end of the game. i completed it only because of the bug, where my enemy destroyed himself and stuck between trees. You simply cant see the road, especially when moving. but you need to drive fast and dont hit anything, or you`ll lose time. But how should i drive, if i cant see my way?? I will not criticize it for shortness, this is free game after all. i will pay attention to bad plot and useless mechanics. Looks like its bad demo, or bad trying. Why do we need medicine and healing kits? HP? electricity killing us instantly, but we dont have any other dangers in game. What about "Investigation" from the description if its simpy kidnapping-escape game? So, after all we have a good idea of creepy organisation what selling people, little province, reporter, burried under awful realisation of quick "escape from the room" game, bad puzzles, bad mechanics and bad realization. These moments, when character cant climb up to HUGE vent without putting box under him, lol. Pretty bad trying. 2\10
Before I played Napped, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
This "Game" is more like a proof of concept and has only around 15 minutes of gameplay that does not really hook you in. It fools you thinking that it is something more at the start by letting you pick up and interact with items, but it is just a walking simulator that does not illuminate anything about what this game could be. Oh and it ends with a "to be continued" which is just bad. There's no story introduced in those 15 minutes that would make anyone want more.
if this was a full game itd probably rule and be peak and awesome, but unfortunately it is not so i cannot yet say it rules and is awesome
At the start it almost immediately dragged me in, really enjoyed how it felt. I can recommend this game, however, not at the moment since some players can come across a game-breaking bug when going through the second vent. An invisible wall will hinder you from entering the vent. You can enter the vent by jumping inside, but there is a second barrier, and since you can't stand in a vent you're basically stuck forever in that vent. I still recommend it, since you may be able to get past the bug. Good luck to that. 7.5/10 for potential and feel, dropped down to 3/10 for the game-breaking bug.
-- It's short, about 10 minutes long, but the problem is that it doesn't end—it says "to be continued." There's some health to it, but there's no reason for it because there's no conflict. The pixel art and the game's atmosphere would be charming. Not bad, nice old school graphics, not very long, but shows promise if completed. Rating: 7/10
