Nancy Drew® Dossier: Lights, Camera, Curses!

Not their best, but definitely an interesting change in gameplay. Putting together what goes together makes sense in theory. That said, the story was lacking, some of the puzzles were not particularly intuitive, and I didn't like the fact that you couldn't go back to certain chapters to get more points - you just had to start over if you wanted to get the "true ending." Still, an interesting play. 5/10.

Such a fun cozy game! Beautiful artwork, a great music score, top-notch voice acting, and an immersive story make this a top-notch hidden object casual game. It's much shorter and different than other Nancy Drew games, but a great addition, and I only wish this series had lasted longer.

Same as the second Dossier game, I really like the art style in this. It's a different approach to their other games. It's just a bit annyoing sometimes for the timed puzzles, like the crow one. I had to do it like 4 times before I could get it right because I couldn't see the little bead next to the fountain. If they had the hints like their second game, it would have been a lot less frustrating. I kinda wish they would release more of these type of hidden object games

A fun casual mystery game.

I really love the Nancy Drew Dossier series, really wish it had continued. The the story is interesting enough, and the setting and art are great. Mini-games are kind of a pain in the butt but the main gameplay is a pretty fun spin on your standard HOG.

Nancy Drew Dossier games are a bit different from the regular, large file games. Its matching HO scenes are a bit easier, but the mysteries are just as good imo. Took me only 2 days to beat this one as opposed to about a month for the other Nancy Drew games. Nancy is voiced by the same actress in both games and overall all characters voice acting is great! This is a fantastic little game! If you're a mystery or ND fan, its worth a play through.

To be honest, I did enjoy the game since it was a good way to just burn a few hours of playtime on stream. The story was a bit predictable at times, but I know that I should limit what I expect out of a game meant for a younger audience. I definitely believe that a younger player would get a good play through of the game. In a way, there is a bit of a replay value to the game for those who want to get the special ending since it can be a bit difficult to get the number of points necessary.

This Nancy Drew game is much like other hidden item/puzzle games found on sites like Big Fish. If I were to find it there, I would not have thought much about how it played. But as a paid for Nancy Drew game, I disliked it. They really stuck to the Tetris-like mini games which I did not mind a few times but not every time. I guess I just like the old-school ND games with puzzles, the ability to wander around the buildings and grounds. This one seemed like they were trying something, and I can appreciate that but I still do prefer the old style.
