Mythical Mayhem is a unique indie fantasy deck building game. I really like that you have the opportunity to create your own character card that you can advance as you go. This game provides many different options allowing you to customise it as you go. The game encourages you to try new cards, and stay away from only using your favourite combination of cards. I enjoy this as it makes the game feel more balanced, and less repetitive. This game is great for those who like deck building and fantasy storytelling games.
Nice design based on Fantasy Adventures rpg , Good artwork and a great deck building game , Give it a try!
Nice game
Really fun game. you can now make your own hero deck in campaign mode
Deckbuilder RPG with some unique mechanics and a story-line progression. The UI is a little daunting, but the tutorials are fairly quick and explain enough to get going. I wish the text was rendered in a clear legible font at your screen's resolution.
Normally, I'd be all "This is an obvious rip-off of Legendary." And it is. But it's also more than that -- it's Legendary (the tabletop card game), only turned into a solo rogue-like RPG. Which, I have to admit, is pretty impressive.
It is a small project and I think that the game may be playable for certain players. However, it wasn't engaging enough to warrant a long play session and I doubt I'll get back at it. When I look a steam achievments after my first session, I noticed that I was top 0.1% on one and 30% on one that required to clic on something in town at the start of the campain. It is a tough economy, but I'm pretty sure that with a better user experience in mind (better ui/assets/new player experience) the game would have its place.
The game has a fixed aspect ratio of 1920*1080. I'm running at 1920*1200 screen, which causes several issues. For some reason the game does a vertical fit, which the left and right edges to be cut off, and for the graphics to be slightly distorted which for some reason also causes the buttons to not be where they are visually. Not even going to try and learn to play a game with such issues out of the box.
