Mystery Maze Of Balthasar Castle

This game would have been easy to recommend for children if it had just been for the maze levels. Every character has it's own ability and they have to help each other to get through the mazes. So far so good. Unfortunately after each maze level you have a really boring and repetative bridge building level. The level don't even get harder as the game progresses, they just become longer and you have to do the same things over and over again. I cannot imagine any child enjoying more than one or two of these level before they start dreading their arrival. Add to that, the story starts off interestingly enough with you having to rescue whichever mouse you don't play as, but unfortunately the story doesn't advance after the first two levels. The only thing you get for completing the game is a to be continued screen. That could have been fine if there were actual story progressing thoughout the game, but the developers apparently couldn't be bothered to write one.

L'idée est bonne mais c'est vite répétitif, surtout les séquences de la grue qui sont une vraie perte de temps. Mon seul point positif est que le jeu est traduit en français dans les textes et les voix. Je le recommanderais à un enfant bocké sur les jeux vidéos, un point c'est tout.

รีวิว Mystery Maze Of Balthasar Castle เกมหาทางออกจากเขาวงกต สลับกับต่อสะพานเพื่อหาทางไปต่อ รวมๆมี 51 ด่าน ครึ่งแรกที่เป็นด่านเขาวงกตสนุก เราจะใช้ตัวละครทั้ง 4 ที่มีความสามารถต่างกัน ค่อยๆช่วยเปิดทางไปต่อจนถึงเส้นชัย จะใช้เวลาเล่นด่านละ 7 นาทีเป็นอย่างต่ำ ส่วนครึ่งหลังที่เป็นเกมสร้างสะพาน น่าเบื่อมาก เพราะแต่ละด่านจะต้องค่อยๆคีบก้อนอิฐแล้วลากไปต่อสะพานเรื่อยๆ ทำแบบนี้ซ้ำไปซ้ำมาจนกว่าจะครบ ส่วนด่านอื่นๆ ต่างกันก็แค่เพิ่มก้อนอิฐให้เยอะขึ้นเท่านั้นเอง แบบนี้ก็ยิ่งน่าเบื่อมากขึ้นน่ะสิ ถ้าตัดส่วนหลังออกไป แล้วเหลือแค่ด่านเขาวงกต เกมจะดีขึ้นกว่านี้เยอะเลย

A very nice and friendly game that even a child can play. Everything is well explained and nothing is too hard.

Recommended if you're a die hard Europa Park fan and you don't mind throwing a couple quid towards the Mack family for a bit of entertainment as a passing curiosity. Can't say I recommend if you don't fall into that category. Although, if you're here in the year of 2025, I'd safely assume you're here out of morbid EP based curiosity anyway so knock yourself out I suppose. Bonus points for unlocking EP Trading Cards etc. for my Steam profile
