The voice acting is 100% AI text to speech, as for the posters they are also AI, as in AI generated art.

The game has a lot of potential. I'm very mixed on this game, so here's some of my thoughts on what I've played so far. Positives:

The atmosphere of the game is amazing, I like the sound track and love the vibe of the era. It feels very noir-esque which is what I think the devs were going for.
I enjoy the customization, even with the limitations due to the demo.
I like that we have to balance our alliances to keep everything running, a good strategy to keep things tense.
Negatives:

The rat killing is bad, it needs a huge rework. It's very difficult to actually land the mouse trap on the rat and the rats paths rarely run into the traps you set.
There's no way to get rid of the dead rat bodies, if there is the game never tells you. There's no trash cans or cleaning items that can actually get rid of them. So eventually you'll just have a pile of dead rat bodies.
The game doesn't tell you how much approval you're going to lose with a particular faction until after you complete the mission. This makes things a bit more frustrating because you can't really know what is going to happen.
One of the first missions is getting a document for the Damocles from a guy you rent a room to. You don't know who the guy is, but turns out he's in the mafia and it will completely wipe your approval with them.
I'm not saying you should out right tell us how much we gain and lose before we do a mission. Rather, I would like more indications. Maybe have the guy chat with us so we're more aware he's in the mafia? IDK
The repair minigame is fun, but there's very little room for error because of the stringent time limit. I would extend it just a bit. Either that or shorten the sequence you have to enter to repair the items.
It has a tendency to crash when the game is booting up and when the game finishes on either a good or bad end. This can be pretty frustrating.
However, my biggest gripe is the use of AI voices and art. I understand that VAs can be expensive, but considering this is a demo I would simply have left the characters without any voices for now until the devs could afford VAs. Even if you don't mind the ethical ambiguity the voices just don't really sound right. They're very monotone and have no flavor to them. For the head of the Damocles in particular it's hard to understand her as her AI voice speaks in a tone that is very low so it sounds like she's mumbling. For me the use of it immediately makes me want to steer clear of the full release. I would get some actual artists on staff to completely redo the ending cards. I want this game to succeed, I personally haven't seen a game with this kind of setting, but there's a lot of improvements that need to be done for me to actually recommend it.

Artstyle is interesting, I like the aesthetics (the grainy effect). Gameplay is engaging, but it is more about the quests and fulfilling the objectives than managing hotel economics themselves (at least in this demo). There are some visual & gameplay bugs, but they are minor issues. Only big problem I had is with understanding the bar mechanics. Audio is nice, but there could be more tracks. Overall, worth checking out :)
due to medical reasons i don't have the Coordination to do the mine-game needs a toggle or a skip button!!
I rarely write reviews but i felt it had to be done. AI slop: as some pointed out alot of the interactions are AI speech poorly done storyline, it takes the fun out as its platonic and linear. Rats: never seen soo many rats and killing the is an issue as they comeback. translation: for french its horrible like press 1 and 2 for first story really ? All in all very disapointed in the game and won't be buying it. It feels the dev may have thought to cut as many corners as possible. It has great potential but it seems half done and botched VERY disapointed
