My First Horse: Adventures on Seahorse Island

I thought this game would be cute. but its just terrible. It would be a good game for a 4 year old. the horse is the only graphic part. the characters are choppy and their movements don't match the words. if a kid wanted to play this it'd be perfect as a 1st game.

love this game, its very relaxing, nicely done, and i like the soundeffects! I do love the voice over, its different and calming. The voice reminds me of quest for glory 4 :)

Lovely little game - as a horse lover you will enjoy this! The only downside... the story ends a little too quickly.

Het is een leuk spel maar het is erg kort je bent er zo doorheen dat het uitgespeeld is. Dat is jammer. Verder is het keurig opgezet.

Don't buy this game. The spelling errors for the quests are TERRIBLE and the graphics were so vivid it lagged my computer and I had to restart it then I had to turn the graphic quality down and then it looked awful. The NPC's just sit there telling you to do this and that and I feel like you don't even have time to do what you want in it. I mean seriously? When you first start playing it gives you NO instruction WHATSOEVER about what you're supposed to do & what controls mean what. And the person that voices is it gives you such a headache. In general, I would NOT recommend this game to anyone.

Awesome! Horse

I LOVE THIS GAME SO MUCH!!!!!! The Graphics are so pretty, The lighting is AWESOME, And the storyline is great! Despite the AI voices and the not that great horse model, Overall it is a nice game.

Bought this for a different experience and I am not disappointed in my purchase. I love the graphics first off and the ease of being able to use the X box controller along with the keyboard too. The story mode is both cute and a breath of fresh air having so many different tasks to do. Audience is it could be for young and old,easier to play than some other similar horse based simulations. I love the beautiful detail that the developer has taken to bring this gaming experience into itself. Being able to create the character based on the mode and style you choose is good. I based the default horse on one of my beloved horses I had a child,I think the colours I chose worked well. Free style playing is great to be able to do your own daily tasks,adventures and events. I love the halter and lead rope features,the way your character holds the saddle and bridle upon carrying out to tack up the horse. The bonus hidden treasures found by digging up mounds and discovering new tops is fun. The use of the hobby horse during events made me laugh but I found it to be cool to run around on. I love the cart pulling feature to haul around building materials and to have the use of taking parcels to those who require them. Photo mode I made good use of and took plenty of them both on the game itself and on Steam. The overall experience of My First Horse Adventures on Seahorse Island was a pleasant one and I enjoyed finding the wolf,deer,rabbits and others in my travels along with the hidden landmarks on the map. I became enthralled in the simplicity of this game and I dare say I will be playing it for quite awhile as I can just start again on a different coloured horse. Nothing else to say but get it and try it for yourselves!
