About

Akiyama Momoka is an ordinary girl who lives on a small, rabbit-filled island called Omorishima with her parents and her bratty little sister, Mikan. She works part-time as a maid at a small seaside café alongside the bombastic Saya and the dour Yukie, but she has dreams far grander than that. Momoka adores girly romance manga, and she wants nothing more than to become an artist herself, and a writer of sweet love stories...
But how can she tell such a story when she's never been in love before?
Summer comes to Omorishima, and Momoka's hopes swell with it. She knows, despite her sister's teasing, that there must be a prince out there for her. She's determined to find him this year, and with his support write a wonderful romance story.
Then, on one sunny morning, while she's walking to work, Momoka meets a handsome boy on the beach. She feels drawn to him at once, and she's certain he must be the one she has been waiting for...
But Momoka soon learns that his handsome boy is, in fact, a handsome girl.
The girl's name is Hattori Aoi, and though she lives in Tokyo, she will be living in Omorishima for two weeks while her overworked father takes a much-needed vacation.
Aoi begins to work at the same café as Momoka, she lives in the same house, and as time wears on, Momoka finds herself growing closer to Aoi than she ever imagined. Aoi might be a girl, but she's even more princely than the love interests from Momoka's favorite romance stories.

I liked the premise but I should have known from the art it would be very anime. It's very juvenile, which I expected, but it's also really, really anime. I hope it gets better but I hate all of the characters except the love interest so far, the main character is hopeless and everyone is unnecessarily mean to her for being incompetent. She is, but it's not nice that every single person in her life feels like they need to say it. There have been zero rabbits so far actually on screen, they keep talking about how many rabbits are around but there is no payoff.
This is my 3rd ebi-hime vn, and probably my favorite one so far. The cast of characters is very cute and diverse, the art and music is fun too. It's very sweet and heartwarming, but not so overly fluffy that it's suffocating in cuteness. Definitely pick it up if you enjoy light happy yuri stuff

My Dear Prince is a yuri visual novel with a fairly forumlaic plot with lots of tropey characters. However, that formula is executed really well, as all are the tropey characters who are all really entertaining and well-written. There are enough characters in the story, and enough locations on this fictional island that you can get really immersed in it. The dynamic between both the main couple, and a secondary yuri couple is really cute. If you're looking for some fluffy cute yuri, this will check all your boxes. If you're looking for a groundbreaking story, it probably won't.
„My dear prince“ is cute, fluffy, „happy go lucky” Yuri/WLW visual novel, written by Ebi hime. It reminds me a lot of „Clear Skye Thinking“. The main gist of the story is pretty similar. Technically, this story was first published and CST after, but i published review for CST before this one… I will stop myself, before i go too much off topic. Like i mentioned, this story reminds a lot of “CST”, but also “Strawberry Vinegar”, because of copious amounts of fluff. Unlike the predecessor „My dear prince“ handle its fluff properly, with well fleshed out characters, that have depth and are interesting. The cast is quite diverse, which helps this story immensely. Outside of fluff, you can find really good sense of humour, with few winks to the readers, that have few more VNs under their belt. Unlike “Strawberry vinegar”, I was able to enjoy the story, even if it’s not exactly my type of a VN. I look after deep meaning and touching stories. That is not, what you will find here. However, the VN is fun and that what is important about games – fun. The sprites of this VN are enjoyable and fit well the cutesy vibe. The backgrounds are stunningly beautiful and are joy to look at. They are definitely a highlight of this game. And you can spot many cute bunnies in few of the backgrounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another thing worth noting, is that the Author put a lot of care, into making sure that the SFX and BGM part of the story will be enjoyable. Background music is well suited to the events and it makes the experience more joyful and fun. So you can enjoy even more FLUFF. And more.. and more.. and more.. Emm… I am getting so much off topic with this review, so I will once more. Comparing CST and “My dear prince” makes the senior look weaker, however it’s still really good, therefore my rating is 74/100
Bunnies in my fluff moe yuri VN ? This is exactly what I wanted !
My Dear Prince is a wholesome yuri visual novel about an athletic girl temporarily living with a cute airhead and her family. This story's cast of characters tend to fit into generic anime tropes. However, the author gave all the characters their own set of quirks and problems. This breathes life and individuality into everyone and creates fun dialogue to read between people you'll develop a genuine fondness for. My Dear Prince is a very "feel good" story and lacks much of the tension and drama you'll experience in more serious visual novels. It's a linear story with no branches or choices. Finally, it's worth mentioning that this is a family-friendly/SFW visual novel suitable for all ages. My Dear Prince was a heartwarming read that I'd recommend to fans of high-quality romance visual novels.
