Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I *lightly* recommend this one. Pros: +The music is awesome. +Being able to pull off the harder levels feels fantastic. +Game mechanics are relatively fresh throughout the levels. +Bosses are fun. +Pays good homage to older NES games that got ported from Japan. Cons: -The difficulty curb can be borderline INSANE. -The checkpoint system is kind of not fun or helpful. -Major death block syndrome, levels are littered with no-touch zones which might be a turn off for some people. -The wall grapple mechanic needed work because I HATED sticking to everything I touch while mid-air; definitely made many of my deaths feel cheap. -Some annoying 2D side-scroller mechanics were not all that fun (Looking at you, rising lava levels). -Level enemies were entirely bland and unneeded for the game mechanics. -Collectible coins didn't really give you anything good for the most part, so I stopped caring about them at level 6. Overall, it's a decent game to get on sale for a couple bucks. I recommend it for hardcore players who like Celeste, AVGN Adventures, and Mega Man... oh, and Ninja Gaiden ;)
Recomendo 8/10.

this game dope, many funs big mad much style do reccomendo
Really on the fence on this one, on one hand you can tell the dev tried really hard, with slick graphics, a good ost, and well thought out level design, but the game is beset with really strange gameplay choice, such as some super slow acceleration frames when you start moving, absurdly huge hitboxes on everything (especially wall climbing, if your little toe touch a platform on the way up you ll end up in wall climbing animation even tho 99.9% of the sprite is hugging the air), a miserable wall jump heigth, and overall a game going slower than what you'd expect. Still giving it a thumb up out of respect for the hard work that obviously went in it.
Extremely short and lacking in variety when it comes to gameplay, visuals or how levels are constructed, but Mute Crimson+ is still a fun time if you enjoy 2D platformers along the same lines as Ninja Gaiden for the NES - except much more fair. It ain't winning any awards, but it's perfectly serviceable. ★★★★★★☆☆☆☆

Lindo juego.
"I dont speak computer, computer." Am Ende dachte ich, ich spiele I Wanna be the guy.
A great 2d platformer in the vein of the classic NES Ninja Gaiden games of old. This one is actually a remake of a modest looking but really fun XBLG title (which is actually included here as a bonus unlockable!) The visuals are very well done and quite atractive despite sticking to use a limeted color palette mostly made up of black, white and red. The music is quite good as well with great tunes that set the current stage's given mood. Control wise is simple and responsive on gamepads as well as on keyboards, and you can even customize controls as you see fit. And you'll definitely appreciate the game's simple controls and its responsiveness, for this game's challenge is definitely on the tough side, so checkpoints and unlimited lives are appreciated in order to see the game's simple but entertaining story to the end. Speaking of the game's story, the game seems to pay an homage to the silly localization that the infamous Sega Genesis title Zero Wing got back in the day. Yup, the story is told in an intentionally silly english script that barely makes sense. Some may find it annoying, but others will definitely get a chuckle or two out of it. All in all, this is one of the better retro styled 2d platformer games available on steam. An easy recomendation for sure, and hey, there is now a new updated version (Mute Crimson DX) that features lots of QOL updates should you want more of what this title offers!
I might not want to recommend this to those hardcore types out there. If you came to look for something that lives up to old school NES games like Ninja Gaiden. This isn't it. It's much, much easier than that game is! Sure, it gets hard. But the difficulty of this game is how willing you are to keep dying to get that coin surrounded by spikes. I mean sure. You need pixel perfect movement to get through the later levels. And the reflexes of a fruit fly to get past some enemies. But none of that matters when you respawn at a checkpoint 5 jumps away. RN I collected all of the coins from the City level all the way up to the Moon level. And in that span of 5 different worlds, I haven't raged quit once! That's not what I expected from the store page! I expected to have my A S S handed to me. Not half-assed handed to me! I haven't even broken a sweat yet! But while all that I've said above leads you to believe I don't like this game. Nope. You are wrong about that. I actually do like this game. It's kinda like a harder kirby for me really. I'd let my 5 yr old play this as a warm up before I beat him up in Slap City. If you are below the ages of 5-11( which I estimate roughly half the people on steam are) I thoroughly recommend this game. It's a great "getting good at video games" game. And If you find yourself having a rough time getting through this game, I recommend reading the subtitles to the cutscenes out loud, preferably before bed. Your grammar teacher will love your for it. Thank me later. :)
