Carino. Forse, un giorno potrei rigiocarci. È stato sicuramente un buon, piacevole e rilassante intermezzo.
The emergent storytelling that you can get from each run is really good! You'll have some really unexpected memorable moments as you play. And the game is much bigger in scope than what you would normally expect - spent a surprising amount of time for this, trying to collect every rare mushroom and hidden route (it helps that there isn't a wiki available online, which adds to the intrigue)
I REALLY wanted to give this game a postivie review but in its current state, i just cant. i saw multiple people including me reporting a bug where you cant get any achievements, and instead of fixing it the dev is working on another game similar to this. i had fun with the short time i played this, and if you dont care for achievements then it wont be a problem for you but its hard for me to recommend a game when the dev ignores the bugs in it. sorry. i hope it will be fixed so i can change my review to positive.

I love my mushroom daughters thumbs up emoji
This game is honestly so much more than I expected! I really adore the simplistic style--but despite that, it has much to offer in terms of settings, replay value, and adorable mushroom girls. The story is absolutely charming and when I thought for sure it'd be repetitive, it wasn't, and I've since gone off on a wild adventure completely different from my first run. The soundtrack creates such a lovely atmosphere to play along to, and I was excited that you can actually unlock more tracks to add as you play. The only thing that I felt didn't quite measure up to the rest of the qualities my new favorite game has is the fact that while yes, you do have stats to be aware of in order to guarantee the survival of your mushroom girl, they actually didn't feel like they have much of an impact at all. It felt very low stakes after my first run--but of course, this game has surprised me multiple times already (I somehow ended up with a
potato girl!
) so maybe that will change.
While an enjoyable game, the steam achievements (all 102 of them) do NOT unlock unless you add the files to initialize steam yourself. This problem goes back at least a year, but the developers have never fixed it. If not for a thread on discussions, I would have had no idea what the problem even was. If you have basic computer skills (copy/paste, downloading, and finding different files) and can follow written directions, it's a quick fix, but can be annoying if you have already played a bit and have to take the extra steps to sync up your progress. Other than that, it's a cute game that you can dive into. I admit I found it a bit slow at first, but have grown to enjoy it. If not for the glaring bug with the achievements, I would definitely recommend. It seems like an easy fix for the devs, no idea why they haven't done it and seem to have no plans to.
Never ending possibilities, adorable game design, I had a wonderful time playing it. If you like stories and mushrooms I recommend !!
quite possibly the cutest game in the world. I love my many, many daughters, who are all named emily. dunno why I picked emily, but I did. buy this game if you haven't already.
I've been following since it was just a demo on itch, which honestly doesn't seem that long ago but it's been a minute!! I absolutely love this game though, and though the updates and patches do definitely take a while, there's so much content to keep you entertained between new stuff. incredibly written, and so sweet and wholesome at times only to be horrifying and evil at others. it's wonderful! price is absolutely worth it also, especially considering how much there is.
love the consept, all paths are thought out. only frustration is it dosent give hints or a map of progress
