The mystery is compelling, filled with unexpected twists and turns, and the emotional stakes for Ronan are genuinely high. The core concept of playing as a ghost detective is innovative, making the investigative sections feel fresh and engaging. The overall atmosphere is good, effectively mixing the spooky, historic setting of Salem (city) with the eerie reality of the 'ghost world.' However, while the graphics and concept are good, they aren't great; the execution sometimes feels slightly uneven. [b]Weaknesses: Glitches and the Frustration of Missing Pieces[/b] Unfortunately, the game suffers from a lack of technical polish. There are some glitches while moving that can disrupt the otherwise strong immersion. Furthermore, while the atmosphere is solid, the experience felt like it was missing some great music that could have elevated the emotional and tense moments. The most frustrating problem is for players who like to 100% everything: the game has a ton of achievements you can miss, and there is no way to go back and replay chapters once you complete the game. AMEI! Melhores 9 horas da minha vida, ótima história e enredo, personagens e momentos de suspense e drama. Cada parte do jogo me surpreendeu, eu sempre estive procurando um jogo em que pudesse jogar nesta perspectiva e finalmente achei. Nossa esse é o melhor jogo que joguei esse ano, especialmente no Halloween. Parabéns aos desenvolvedores!

the story is great and i absolutely love the atmosphere. the game is $20 so if you don't mind paying $3.33 cents per hour of story you'll be getting (~6) i'd otherwise get it on sale

It is a really good murder story game with supernatural elements. Think Sherlock Holmes videogames style of gameplay but you also get to visti creepy places, converse with ghosts and solve supernatural mysteries. The story kept my interest for the most part and I found the side stories okay too. The presentation, atmosphere and world building I really enjoyed. The protagonist has a diamond in the rough and secret softy with tough exterior attitude and I really dig his design and acting. The only part I disliked is not being able to get back into the city sandbox to get all collectables for achievements after you enter the final area of the story. There is no option to revert back to a previous chapter or to enter a roam mode after beating the final boss, so you have to replay the whole thing if you missed 1 or 2 clues and then continued the story. Also the cutscenes seem to be unskippable. Still, I am happy with my purchase and i really loved the time I spent with the game, although I am not sure about replaying it just for the achievements and replayability is non existent after you finish the story (just like in most investigation focused detective games).

im having some fun with this game, i like the characters and the acting not to bad from the main cast. however, this is a by the numbers, predictable game, with some surface level detective mechanics. It's biggest sin though - is just how poorly it runs and is optimised. VSYNC locks your fps to 30 regardless of your actual refresh rate. Turning it off though, makes the games fps jump to 700fps ( at least on my hardware) and also causes NPCs to walk through walls. So you have to turn VSYNC back on in order to get past some places or you will be soft locked. Not to mention the amount of glitches youll face, and soft locks that will happen because your character gets stuck on something. At one point my mouse and MNK just stopped responding while playing this farily early on. I had to switch to a controller in order to play the game. Then theres the audio glitch, where if you have multiple audio outputs, the game will constantly switch between your in active audio sources, and you'll have all the main cut scenes be muted because of this. The fix ? disabling all other audio source in WIndows sound setting so the audio only can come through one source. As you can see theres alot of homework that needs to be done in order to get this game in operation. Its frustrating to be sure, but find the game fun none the less, theres just no way I can recommend it. It is very easy for achivement's though, although having a Steam guide for the collectables is needed.

Game is incredibly boring and repetitive and the voice acting is subpar. i'd only get this when it is in on extreme discount sale, otherwise avoid it.
