Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

如果垃圾游戏有另外一个名字,那么Moviehouse一定会是其中一个。可惜游戏不像电影那样容易骗钱,感谢两小时退款机制。
Don't waste your money. I know, I know... It's currently only $10.99. I mean it: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on this absolute mess of a game. I recently saw an ad for another upcoming film studio production game to come out sometime in 2024 and it gave me the bug for a movie production game. I played the demo for that game and another upcoming Hollywood game. Both of those demos have more positives that this "fully released" piece of garbage. The elements of the game COULD work eventually, but not how the game currently works. The UI is often confusing and unclear as to where you are supposed to click. The order in which you make choices makes no sense. An example: You hire a writer and you must pick a genre for your script. Then, your writer gets to writing... a little while later you get a prompt to help choose the plot setting. Okay, you pick one. THEN it gives you a choice for the protagonist -- and it's seemingly some random draw of choices that may or may not have ANYTHING to do with the setting you just chose. Okay... so you pick one. THEN you pick an antagonist. And, again... just a random choice of options with zero common threads with any previous choice you made. Idiotic. So... then the script is completed and then you have to produce it. So, you have to hire a director. Then you hire a director and you choose a budget -- except it says the budget categories are "short film" and a few others. At the start of the game all you can afford is "short film." So... mind you, this is after you've already got a script. So I guess the writer wrote a short film? You then get some prompts during the filming that the editor needs help with making some random choice of how to edit something, and your choice may or may not have anything to do with the result of the film. It's just an absolute mess of a game. Not fun. More annoying/confusing/frustrating/head-scratching than anything. I only spent 37 minutes playing this and I wish I had both the time and the money back. I won't ever get the itch to play this game again. I will instead just replay the demos of the previously mentioned games and get far more enjoyment out of those.

Had potential but was abandonded. What remains is too barebones and not well balanced.
Clicking simulator, also feels like a bad mobile game
Abandoned game
Far too many bugs, far too difficult to get started, and not that interesting, since it's impossible to get to late game. I've had my research mysteriously drop to -4 and stay there. I've had my only writer freeze and never complete his script. On top of that some of the controls are TERRIBLE. I never managed to master their slider system. I had trailers come out completely wrong because clicking a little off the advance button caused them to suddenly radically shift, too late for me to not hit the advance button properly. Stay away.
This game has a lot of potential and the bare bones for something great but the dev appears to have abandoned it entirely. Dont expect updates or improvements and the early game is IMPOSSIBLE to stay afloat in without sinking into debt and failing
Seems further development has been abandoned and the game in its current state is unplayable and broken. By all means buy it if you want to spend 8 hours of your life trying to make things work and progress only to get no where, while some studio in Germany banks your $10. Furthermore, when a game like this has been out for months and there is no guide, take that as a red flag and spend your money somewhere else.
Started good but got boring quiet quick and nothing changed each time you made a film, looks like the devs gave up
I really like the game - I was very sceptical due to the bad reviews but I’m surprised how fun it is. It’s a bid hard but fun :). I’m always running out of money in the game but I will master it ;). With the current sale it’s a buy if you like this kind of business strategy games.
