it's interesting? Genuinely you should just get warband with it's expansions. It has just such an extensive modding scene, and the napoleonic wars dlc that you really really aren't missing out on anything by getting this. In fact this standalone expansion of warband is actually lacking a lot of what's in warband. There aren't arenas, you have to track down lords to complete quests which sometimes becomes impossible if the lord gets captured and progression surrounding questing for nobles and siding yourself is actually a lot more difficult in this one since there's no vying to be a lady's champion, no volunteering for warfronts as far as I could find in the 4 hours I played and one small scale skirmish between scouting patrols wouldn't even let my party join in because I didn't side myself already. I do actually really enjoy the firearms. They're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bows that have a much harder punch, and I love how npc's can just accidentally potshot you from across the map knocking you off your horse ending your progress legitimately. Just that aspect also demands you play with no autosaving so you don't bomb the entire early game. I wouldn't recommend it though, it's not really worth 10$ unless you for some reason couldn't get warband. If you could pick it up in the legacy collection bundle for relatively cheap I suppose it's worth checking out then. It's definitely going to hold you for a few hours, and you might like it better if the annoyances don't bog you down.
