The combat system, atmosphere, and music keep the tension high. The over-the-top dark fantasy imagery surprises with its cruelty and color palette. A little fine-tuning of the environment navigation and you're done!

honestly worth it for the artstyle alone, but the gameplay is also incredibly fun! it's nice to have the game force you to play slow and i enjoy that it- while reactive -is still really methodical. gets real pondorous with the bigger swords. and once the problem of it crashing gets fixed, it'll be worth it all around! maybe wait for a sale, though.

Only played the game twice but the first time I did not even get to play as the game crashed while i was figuring out lunch, the second time I was in a fight and a terminal window opened up and showed a code error. Attacking is also really slow....

Captures everything I love about Mork Borg and jams it into a beautiful metroidvania style game, and it's as brutal as the source material. 10/10 will enjoy the Dying Lands this way!

If you are the right person, the atmosphere of this game is EVERYTHING! And if Verhu makes the dice roll in your favor... you're indeed set for a gory, twisted, dark fun.

Awesome for fans of Mork Borg. Really enjoying the realization of its setting and the integration of tabletop mechanics. The aesthetics are on point too - there are even familiar typefaces if you're a nerd about that kind of thing (I am). The only black mark against it right now relates to performance - crashes have become more frequent on my machine past the second major boss. It's still in early access for now so i imagine these issues will be addressed over time. Once they are, I'll feel a lot more comfortable recommending it - but even as is, there's a lot to like.
