About
Morimens is a roguelite card-battling game set in a world inspired by the Lovecratian mythos.
Something is wrong with Kadath. Bond with hauntingly beautiful Awakeners, build a deck from the remnants of their power, and push deeper into the mist—where the events get stranger, the cards get darker, and the truth is something you may not survive knowing.

The world is dying, yet its inhabitants remain blissfully unaware.
Confronted with a creeping, unspeakable calamity, you shall take on the role of Keeper, awakening powers intertwined with the very doom threatening existence. You will link yourself with sentient weapons teetering on the brink of madness, to withstand this monumental crisis.
If all is destined to be forgotten, would you bear the burden of secrets as testament to the world's existence, forging ahead into the unknown?
Let these tombstones bear witness, and may the Silver Key light our way.
Welcome to Mythag University, Keeper.

Beautiful where it wants to be, and deeply wrong where it doesn't—from strikingly beautiful Awakeners to visceral body horror, no two encounters look the same.
Four distinctive Realms—each with unique gameplay mechanics—form the backbone of your experience, supported by an ever-expanding library of 185+ cards and counting.
Whether you prefer overwhelming force or razor-thin combos, the depth of options lets you build exactly the deck you want, and pull off victories that feel truly earned!
Easy to pick up, endlessly replayable!
Random Events, Orison card buffs, Relic drops... every run brings a reshuffled landscape of surprises and challenges at every turn.
With out-of-run progression, flexible deckbuilding, and forgiving death mechanics, Morimens meets you where you are—whether you're a roguelite veteran or a first-time Keeper.
Haunting soundtracks and heart-rending stories draw you deeper, episode by episode, into madness, despair, and the abyss of truth, illuminating the full spectrum of human nature: from the depths of despair to the last flicker of hope.
Engage in single-player challenges that push your strategic thinking to the limit; meanwhile, the Traphase mode offers a competitive PvP experience, with brand-new card effects and mechanics. No character-building required: dive straight in and compete against other players on equal footing!
Thank you for venturing into the world of Morimens! Nothing means more to us than having you here. If you enjoy Morimens or have any feedback about your experience, please do share it with us!
Though this world may be fraught with peril, we are delighted to have crossed paths.
May the Silver Key light our way.

New endgame content changes are awful. Had no fun trying to clear D-tide after this patch If they fix it, i will change the review
Since we are playing in a Cthulhu setting, they should know better that "testing the waters" with the new D-Tide changes could awake some incommensurable horrors within...

The endgame mode (Dtide) used to be a challenging mode that allowed players to do horizontal investment and get top rewards. With the last update, dtide is now just a slopfest for most players, and actively encourages vertical investment and use of revives.
Devs made one of the worst changes to endgame ever. Revert the old d tide

EDIT 04/09: As of today the game's producer has spoken and promised to tone down the HP curve of endgame, However I am not changing my negative review , as the producer maintain the narrative that their standard for balancing has been E3 and they've seen some E3 clears, when those clears are outliers probably relying on the turn rewind feature or numerous extremely lucky DR proccs or the newly introduced usage of gnosis within this endgame which should not be accounted for balancing. The producer also failed to tackle any of the other problems people have repeatedly brought to attention since the start of this patch. I love Morimens, but I can't in good conscience gives the game a good review considering the hostility toward players that arrived with the last few patches. I used to be a medium spender in the game too. To name a few of the hostile change: - Inflating difficulty of endgame content past the standard they promised the community (Balancing hardest content around full +12 units and wheels team, and even then most of those can't clear) - Lying about the updated difficulty curve of that same endgame - Lying about the viability of specific teams in that update endgame environment (poison & counter) - Powercreeping 90% of the units in the game with that same updated environment. - Implementing AA (+12 units new effects), since they lied about not balancing around them I'll now hold them accountable for it. - Rolling out "Divine Realms" mechanic from JP which had been promised not to come to global, under the guise of giving them as "passives" to recent units. - Nerfing a known interaction, that had been brought to their attention when it had been discovered 1 years and a half ago, between awakener Corposant and the wheel Last Verse, right after both reran, under the guise of a "bugfix" to not give the promised reset selector from their rules on nerfing units. - Newest awakener Caraboo's price mechanic being an excuse to induce you to buy the premium BP for the turn rewind feature (which is honestly ridiculous). I really loves the game and it breaks my heart that all of this is happening. I really want to gives this game a positive review and recommend it to people.
