Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Sep 13 → 2.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Give a man a rat, and you satisfy his rat desire. And this game gives you PLENTY of rats. No complaints, easily top 3 Skaven experiences of all time.
I'm Sean Prime and I approve of this game!

I do really enjoy this game, but it definitely not for everyone. Things to know before you buy it: There is no manual saving and there is heavy rng. The rng is true random rather than pseudo-random, so you'll get streaks of failing 95% success attacks 5 times in a row. Managing bad luck and failures is a key part of the game, both in battle and in between. The ui is bad. There are several un-initiative "gamey" mechanics. For example. henchmen start with 3 offensive points (OP), so it's almost always best to start them with a 2 handed weapon, then they level up to 4 OP so its almost always best to use 1-handed with shield (2 attacks), then they get 5 and you can finally choose which one you prefer. As above, the enemy will match your warband size/composition (except for story missions). I like to use Leader, 2 heroes and 2-3 henchmen. There are a ton of skills, and it's hard to work out which ones are useful vs useless. I like shield specialist, flash parry/avoid, onslaught/prowl/entrenched & web of steel/sidestep. Mordheim knowledge and Armor proficiency are definitely worth looking at, it also affects your charge/ambush range. Last tips: Clump and gank. Aim to collect wyrdstone but focus on staying safe and reducing enemy numbers, you'll get free wyrdstone for surviving, and replacing (lvl2+) soldiers is expensive. Complete secondary objectives only when safe to do so. Stealing their wagon's idol is good (reducing moral) in the first few matches. Avoid match descriptions where 1 warband is scared or caught exploring, unless the other warband is deployed tightly. The chance of getting every solder in a good engagement is very low if you don't have time to move them. Ranged is painfully weak at low BS but ends up strong
feels old cause it is but not that bad everything takes a bit ever animation and so on... A lot of waiting (can be used to stratigise tho) 7/10 Good game not great
Even the tutorials are fun!
Only complaint I have is that it is a resource hog (by comparison to what I usually play). Great co-op play and rich options for group tactics.
Turn based strategy game with a pretty harsh experience. Despite that, the atmosphere is pretty good, the factions all feel unique, and the gameplay is fun, but it can be a bit of a frustrating experience with some of the mechanics. Dodge chances can get 60%+, so you have rounds of misses. Also the DLC factions, specifically the undead, feel way overpowered compared to the base factions. It's a good game for the price and I got a lot of fun out of it.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ RNG for hit chance, just like XCOM.
