Moonlight Peaks

I'm an addict of the aesthetic of this game. Have been for a long time. I've loved watching the development and WIP every week in the discord. This game seems to bridge the gap between putting out a complete game (and only doing bug fixes and DLC), and the option of Early Access. EA can be detrimental to a game if its launch into EA goes poorly for whatever reason, its very hard to recover from. Maybe having some middle ground may be good for devs? Moonlight Peaks devs' (Little Chicken) are actively taking feedback and impressions from their fanbase and players in order to improve the game. It's a new way to launch a game that's a comfortable middle ground. The game is complete, sure there's some bugs, but we are a week into the game from launch. The devs are working hard to fix these issues. They're responsive and interested in what fans talk about around the game. The game itself is supernatural, chill, and cosy all the way. Crafting options are innovative and interesting, you can go on dates and do these. And there is zero combat. I have cognitive function issues that make anything timed or combat related very stressful. Sure other games out there you can switch off the combat. But usually you still need to collect monster related items for museum or other unlocks... so you have to do it anyway or find a work around. The game is a relaxing mix of sound effects and music, which I enjoy as sometimes music can get irritating. It's just enough to enhance the game, and have me still enjoy the music itself. I love the attention to detail in the naming and creations of animals, bugs, fish, food items and more. Overall I give this game high points for all of the above, and the sheer fun I have talking about it, playing it, and drawing my obsessive Hellkitten art (hi yes its me, you know who I am if youve been in the fanart section and looked back lol), So yeah I recommend this game. I'm looking forward to everyone experiencing Summerween with Peaks, and come Halloween itself this will be one of the games of choice for the season. Its a pretty nice high quality farming sim, its one of those games where you can put on some music and just farm. 10/10 will recommend

i love this game and want tocontinue but a bug is preventing that. im stuck giving jada the 4 family artifcts and it keeps saying ididnt give the webb one.PLEASE HELP

Very cute and cozy game. Puts a fun spin on the farming sim, has a lot of potential to be on my constant rotation of games.

I was hesitant on buying this game because I didn't really like the chiby characters and I have a lot of farming games in my backlog that did not catch my attention long enough to continue playing, however Moonlight Peaks got me laughing on one of the first dialogue "new phone, who dis?" haha anyway I don't have enough playtime currently there is still a lot more i will unlock but I know I will stick with it mostly due to the quality of life elements like the storage system, the tool switching (I love that I can press one button and it enables me to walk around without a tool i no longer need in my hands) Lots of other little things. Also love the map and how the town is decorated. I mainly play on my steamdeck and so far so good!

This is the most amazing game I have played in a very long time, Its so whimsical and magical. Absolutely worth the money and soo fun to play.

Sterdew Valley with a cute goth theme and fun graphics

I haven't given a review before, but the game is fun. I like farming sims a lot especially if they have dateable NPCs which this game does. The witchy portion is super fun that I really enjoy. I haven't noticed any bugs on my play through except when your on the loading screen it takes a while, but I saw that the devs are working on it. Anyways, great game and I can't wait to see what gets added in the future!
