I found the difficulty to ramp up to "grind map until you figure out the "one way" to beat it". Not particularly fond of not being told what things are or what things do or otherwise notify me of what is happening by way of tooltips billboards and other informative cues. By the time you get to level 5 you better have memorized what towers do and where they are best placed and partnered with through repetitive behavior or you might get too frustrated to keep playing. Once you figure out what the towers are and what creeps they are powerful against the game gets a lot more fun. Which by the way, can take up to several hours to the "new to tower defense genre" player. This is a grinder TD game similar to Prime World: Defenders and Ancient Planet or even Defense Grid. If you are a hard core TD nut you'll like the challenge of learning the game through tens if not hundreds of hours of trial and error. But to those who like to have a strategy that is derived from data and information given to you by the game, will not play this game much at all and might get 10 hours out of it in total. At the time of writing I have 2.1 hours of play time and plan to give it at least another 25 before I give it a solid judgement. How much range or power or whatever a tower has is not known to you in the game other than the 'info' tab on the front page. I have yet to find out what the enemies are and what they do other than memorizing their cute little sprite and alocating -> thats a land unit, or that's a land unit with armor, that's a flyer...etc... Pros- Love the music and color scheme Beautiful backdrops Creative comic book load and cutscenes Fast Action Not overwhelmed with zillions of towers/upgrades/creeps and other choices given to the player Cons- Take any run of the mill tower defense game and change the theme and you have this game. Does not properly inform the player about the game or the units in the game User Interface lacks style and creativity Game difficulty over time can become impossible to the casual player early on Game maps seem to be 'one way' solutions or at best minimal types of tower pattern(partners) solutions

This TD is simple and classic. It focuses on build strategie. Your decision you make, which is to place what tower where and when, has big influence on success. This is what i like and reminds me of the origns of TD, like Wintermaul (for those who played Warcraft 3 self made TDs). But still, for those who wants more complexity or just more content like rpg elements, this is not the right game for you. Sadly, there are still no TDs out there that has both strategie focus AND much content. The Warcraft 3 World Editor self made TDs are still the best today... after more then ten years...
Can't stand to play it. -no tutorial -no stats on towers whatsoever, don't know what towers counter what units -very difficult, you just lose over and over since you don't know what to use and how -only "stats" you get on towers is if you hit help over and over -graphics are mediocre to be generous -no plot whatsoever
Tags: Casual - Tower Defense Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: Alien critters and landscape was colorful and kinda neat but the gameplay mechanics are bottom tier and the game has a low quality sound design and does not scale well on full sized monitors. Options menu is very basic. The backdrops look blurry - no tooltips - diamond icons hints that this was designed to be displayed and played through a phone some several years ago. There are better free options for casual tower defense like this, and when it comes to paid options this does not compare to something mediocre but better fleshed out like Gratuituous Tank Battles. Game drags on with no fast forward option, all you end up doing is spamming towers that are not explained and try to understand through trial and error. The use of standard fonts floating on top of dead critters for cash and damage is a lazy touch.
Très joli petit tower défense. Il est agréable, facile à comprendre. Pas trop difficile il révèle au fil des tableaux de trouvailles sympathiques. A moins d'un euro en solde, il serait dommage de s'en priver...
Very basic tower defence game
Amaaazzzing! I wished it had DLC's to keep the game going or add more things.
2/10
Неплохая инди, вызывающая смешанные чувства... Очень нетипичное оформление и стиль для Tower Defense! Годно!
