This is a review after finishing the game! The only reason i finished this game is because i could refund it and anticatathliptics!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD....id you want to run around seeing your weapon phantom-cutting through enemies dealing 0 damage, or spending almost half the game time equiping your squad only to see them getting crushed by an IMMUNEish FINAL BOSS. Be my guest The entire game is unpolished I probably should say, its half finished!!! The magical abilities do almost 0 damage Magic is stupidly weak Base building is totatly....I CAN'T EVEN FIND A PROPER WORD TO DESCRIBE HOW ♥♥♥♥ IT WAS!!!!! DO NOT......DO NOT...BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP!!!! Also some Tik Tok accounts seem to promote this piece of ♥♥♥♥ with fake videos...something like you are a dungeon master and you get to kill the heroes.....NOTHING LIKE THAT!!! The subtitles didn't even follow THE DIALOGUE!!! Also last patch was on Apr 24 so i thing the devs just abandoned the game! Honestly now.....nice ideas, badly applied, no follow up from devs! If it was a pet project of a startup developer.....then good for him or them....but honestly, with that price, i realy almost needed meds.................................
Could have been worse. Definitely could have been better. The story, city building, combat, and leveling systems all seemed lacking. It's as if they had this great concept to combine a bunch of different ideas together, which could have been great, but then they only half-developed each of those things.
已经半年多没更新了,当给你们子孙后代买棺材板钱了,不建议入手,有可能跑路了
Its ok but i got a few complaints, first with the good. I like the concept of the game very unique and entertaining and the graphics arent all that bad. What i dont like is how long and drug out the "tutorial" is. Felt like it couldve been done slightly faster and more noticeable than what it was. I ended up dieing 2 times and had to completely restart the tutorial setting me back about 30 minutes give or take. The "tutorial" doesnt even feel like a proper tutorial. You've got a lot of things to make this a great game.
cash grab DO NOT BUY
It is half finished. The start was fun Resurrecting the dead and combat is fine. Until i got to building.... And you cant continue unless you have all the materials and i killed every mob i cant get any more materials. The weapons early are weak and wear off.fast. The developers tried too much and made their game impossible to complete.
The premise is good, its fun to play before the bugs start piling up. But it's nowhere near finished and it looks like the developers abandoned it, sadly. A whole lot of stuff needs to be fixed before I could ever consider recommending it. Some pretty basic stuff is missing, which is strange. You can build a forge in your base where you can make weapons and armor for your minions. But there is no category to forge boots. No idea why boots were excluded from the forging process, doesn't make any sense. All in all, the game could have been great, but it just never quite got there. (Also, for some reason the captions and the voiced lines don't match. Most of the time the meaning is the same, but the words were constantly different from the voiceover. Small, but got annoying after a while.)
Has a lot of issues and could use a lot of quality of life improvements to make it less tedious to do things but it's not as bad as everyone is saying its a mid/below average game that isn't worth 20$ buy on sale only.
The problems listed in all the negative reviews - which were responded to by the developer promising to fix them - are still present. The beginning was fun enough - janky combat which was a fine time to mindlessly go through - but as soon as I got to the base building aspect my heart sank. There are absolutely no quality of life options here, as if the devs never even playtested it. Everything feels half finished. The most egregious complaint which ultimately made me quit was the realization that the game wanted me to prepare my army for an invasion. How? By clicking on each individual soldier and equipping them with each piece of gear. There is no way to do this automatically. There is a "sort" button for the equipment but it doesn't appear to work. So you hover over each piece of armor to check its stats, drag it onto your soldier, and do this for the next ten? Yikes. Not even worth the $2 I spent on it.
Everything feels very unfinished. The voice acting is amateurish, the music has weird annoying beeps (thought it was construction outside at first), the glitches will rob your inventory, the battle mechanics are choppy, and the switch to a base building and wave combat defense game is super jarring and poorly integrated. Has a lot of potential, but is just kind of half baked.
