Updated Review after the 1.0 Release: The game changed a lot after my initial review. So here is an update: Played on the Valve Index. The tutorial explains the game basics very well. You will then teleported to the hub where you can pet a dog and Gumi the bird. The game has a lot of maps with different clearing conditions (in round mode). You either have enough money to use the escape gate or defeat one or more bosses. During a round, you can get different perks by eating donuts. (You can upgrade the perks with the money you received during a round.) You can also buy guns/melee weapons, and level them up. In gun mode, you get through a selection of guns. To advance to the next gun you have to kill enemies. The gunplay is simplistic and easy to get used to. Same for the melee combat where the late-game swords are maybe a little too good in my opinion. The overall gameplay is fun and challenging at the later levels. It is a good arcade wave shooter and I recommend it. The one thing this game needs is a 2-Player Coop Mode.

just showing the devs some support really love the game and its addicting. hopefully in the future there can be community maps and mods
Basically a clone of COD zombie, but in a pretty good way, totally worth it, it will be superb if there is a multiplayer mode.
i had a tons of fun going around shooting monsters ranging from demonic to skeletons the weapons are very cool and some of them has a special element that could stun, freeze and burn you will be able to equip 2 of the same weapon or 1 if you want to and go gun blazing that you will lose count of how many ammo you have left the melee is hella fun to swing watching them rag doll and flying away to beyond some weapon like flamethrower range is kinda shorter then i thought like around melee range? and i dont think i will be using it much. some of the vending machine might take time to get used to it to know which vending machine sells what theres definitely something the dev need to rework like the revive system as i was stuck at the corner and i got revive again while im still at the corner making me go down again but with some cons i have to say that i had a ton of fun and definitely get this game!
Changed to positive: Great game just like cod zombies or very very close to it. Devs seem to be on time of things.
Played the game for a little over an hour and here are my thoughts. Pros: - There is a big variety in monsters and levels which helps keep things from getting repetitive. - Having both magic and range weapons to fight monsters is pretty cool and reminds me of Bioshock. - The buff system is a cool idea and some of the buffs are really cool but I think it still needs a bit of work. - Having an arena mode where you can fight monsters from all the worlds is pretty cool and reminds me of the Olympus Coliseum Cups in Kingdom Hearts. Cons: - The number of ranged weapons are alright but having a bigger variety would be great. - Story is basically non-existent. The game doesn’t tell you why you are fighting all these monsters and what the goal is. - The levels can sometimes get a bit repetitive, having more variety would be lovely. - Being able to use magic in one hand and a range weapon in the other hand is pretty great and all but I would like to have the ability to choose whether I want to use Magic & Weapon, Magic & Magic or Weapon & Weapon. Overall I think the game is fun but it still needs a lot of polishing. Since the game is still Early Access and the developers seem to be updating the game quite frequently I’m optimistic the game will get better. I personally will try the game again when the next update comes out and will see if they address the issues that I mentioned.
If you are a fan of COD zombies style wave shooters, or Old School Runescape, this is the game for you. You might ask "what the heck does OSRS have to do with this?" The answer to that is nothing, nothing at all, it just means youre a chad with taste.
