MONITOR: The Game

The gameplay in MONITOR is hard to describe but could perhaps be likened to Five Nights combined with a hidden object game. You listen to and observe six guests using six monitors and this helps you put together the overall mystery. I discovered one ending (there are 10) in a very short time but found the experience intriguing enough to begin again. This is exactly what I like to see from a free to play game made by a small dev team, although I'd like to see more in the way of gameplay in any future projects.

You are kept prisoner in a dark room and your only option is to spy on that shady Dolos Pharmaceuticals corporation. The story unfold real-time, you cannot pause. Lots of amazing and twisted outcomes to find if you have an eye for it. Very well done!

Я японец, немного говорю по-английски, и мне нравятся такие загадочные игры. Но у меня проблема с игрой, потому что мой компьютер слишком плохой, и я не могу играть в игру с системой субтитров. Я не настолько хорош в английском, чтобы понимать разговоры всех носителей английского языка, поэтому я решил сначала улучшить свой компьютер. Интересно, сохранится ли измененная опция, когда я закрою игру, не дойдя до точки сохранения. Я думаю, что нет, потому что мне приходится менять полноэкранный режим на оконный каждый раз, когда я запускаю его ... но я считаю, что когда-нибудь это будет исправлено. Я написал этот обзор, чтобы сказать кому-то, что мне нравится уникальная концепция этой игры, захватывающая система, заставляющая меня волноваться, и это настолько потрясающе, что я могу играть в нее бесплатно. +good narrative -too power hungry for a simple game -subtitle issue, game not optimized

Maybe a bit less unhealthy than Her Story, but with worse gameplay mechanics. It's just a pain to play.

TBH, even for being free, this.. isn't great. The game's hideous despite being in the unreal engine and making your graphics card run hot. Plot is. Strange? Voice work is the best part, but the game really could use some way to speed things along, and even the day select doesn't make things less tedious. for some endings? I just. Let the game run while I read a book. Because I had nothing else to do after having listened to most of the convos already. The Alix DLC is slightly more interesting than the game itself, but it's also incredibly hideous. + Alix's voice is grating even if Nathan's voice is nice. If I'd recommend playing any of it, I'd recommend playing that? but. Yeah, skip this unless you just want free achievements, and play Unheard instead. Unheard has fast forward, pause, and rewind. + Unheard is just more interesting, AND far prettier.
