I was expecting a quick, cheap horror game with some digging mechanics. Instead, I got a story that had me pretty invested all the way through ,especially near the end, with some story/world implications that I find interesting even afterwards. And also it had digging mechanics. If you have the dough or this goes on sale, I would recommend. There are much worse ways to spend three hours!

Very good, my only complaint is that it seemed like it was going to end several times but didn't so I kept expecting it to end

A perfect mix of gripping gameplay and a devastating story, MOLE is the kind of game that has visibly been crafted with care and knows how to tick all the right boxes. You better spare at least three hours of your life if you ever play it, because that's the kind of game that has you by the guts from start to finish. Even out of discounts, fans of the genre and of gut-wrenching stories get their money worth imo.
