It started in your foot. Now it’s in your head. All that remains is the command: GO UP. Meet strange neighbors. Make bad trades. Every ascent teaches you what you should have done differently.

About
The only thought left is: GO UP.
The building has thirty floors. Your body has problems - hunger, thirst, exhaustion. The infection doesn’t care. It only wants altitude.
Your body is in shambles... but the foot keeps climbing.
The building is not haunted. The people in it are not monsters - and they want things. Junk. Food. Favors. Someone to do something mildly humiliating to their neighbor.
A few of them know things they shouldn't. And maybe what they know has something in common.
You're the only one collecting the pieces.
The building is the same every time you climb it. The neighbors are the same. The trades are the same. The vending machine on the ground floor has the same stock.
What changes is what you know.
Every run, you learn something. A shortcut. A better trade. An item you thought was useless until it saved your life. Slowly, the building starts to make sense.
You’ll know what to do next time.
But your foot isn’t waiting.
MOLDRISE features a full-length original soundtrack, composed by Mike Klubnika, creator of Buckshot Roulette, s.p.l.i.t., and Machine Party.
First-person survival horror. Retro aesthetics. A thirty-floor apartment building with no empty floors and no happy endings.

haha its disgusting and pushing .. good thing that the progress of becoming insane is stopped when talking to the freak neighbours or when standing still (and i bought the game bc its somehow a survival game)
I don't leave comments usually but this game is very under appreciated right now. I am amazed at the details, the small aspects that are not told that make you feel in control (Not moving = delaying your infection, thirst, and food). Also, the use of knowledge gates to get through the game instead of being repetitive tasks. I am amazed that this game only has 200ish reviews Also it has Mike Klubnika!!! Please Play this game!!

What a great game! Played- and completed it on the intended difficulty, I had a blast playing, starting a new run with more and more knowledge each time, until you finally get to the top, was super well done, great story and characters! 10/10 from me!
solid ass game - nice dialogue, very fun and amazing soundtrack of course. I also really like the
roguelike
style of gameplay.
Harika bir oyundu sürükleyici kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum...
Cola and moldy pizza
I knew this game was going to be something special. I was blown away with the quality of what MOLDRISE had to offer. The survival gameplay of having to manage your resources is stress-inducing in an absolutely engaging way. This easily goes up there as one of my favorite games. Amazing work!
Even though its clear where this game gets its inspiration from, it takes on its own character very quickly! There's so many different ways to play this game (you can beat it VERY quickly if you eat the right things and know where to look.... no flashlight needed) but you also miss everything in between because of that. I haven't even met all the tenants, so there's space to replay for sure.
A lot better than expected
Short but very sweet. I feared that my personal phobia would get the better of me, but I'm glad I gave it a try. It feels great learning more and more about the game and progressing further. Also the sound design is just on point, its so "crunchy", I love it. It's building atmosphere and makes the world feel creepy without relying on lots of cheap scares, and I had a lot of fun learning about all the neighbours. But I do not want to get into further detail, you should absolutely experience this on your own. Also watching someone else play it will ruin the experience for your, it is the best experience going in blind.
