Game changed SO MUCH since its initial release. Quiz trivia so gooood. Top 4 rogulikes after isac, nuclear throne and gungeon IMO
menus are confusing, the art style is jarringly incosistant, animation feels lazy.. I can look past things like that if A. the story is good and/or B. the game play is good. unfortunatly the story isn't presented very well imo (played for about an hour and had no idea what was going on at all), and the game play felt akward, too slow and clunky for this style of game, and somehow unrewarding? One of the other reveiws said it well in that "the game seems unfininshed". It definatly seemed like it has a lot of elements with potential to make a good game if it were more polished all around. but unfortunatly, its not
Un plagio de The Binding of Isaac pero más indie y más malo. El típico juego con gráficos de paint que crees que es basura y efectivamente lo es, no hay ningún motivo para jugar a este juego ya que para jugar a éste juegas al Isaac.
This game is just terrible. The artwork is AWFUL, it seems there was simply no effort. The mobs are pathetic, like a vampire who only takes damage when he shows his underwear and some bad drawn small guys. The gameplay is also very weird, not fluid.
The menu system needs work, guns should fire faster, collision with shots is shoddy, and it could use a dodge roll or something to do while walking through places you've already been but that last one is quality of life. It's a very simple and somewhat poorly animated game. You might like the way it looks, but it gets a pretty big meh over here. My biggest complaint of all though is it doesn't use the trivia gimmick enough. That's why I bought in.
Honestly I think this game is pretty good if you already play Binding of Issac and other games like it, just feels a bit unfinished at first but as you play it gets kind of endearing.
The game is inspired by The Binding of Isaac, so if you enjoy that kind of game, it's worth checking out. There are lots of mechanics that only unlock after you defeat the first boss for the first time. The beginning can feel slow and a bit tedious, but if you stick with it, the game gets much better.
seems good so far. seems like a slightly easier version of binding of isacc. i like the feel of the controls and the graphics. i will update this review when i have played some more
