MOAI 3: Trade Mission Collector's Edition

Mais uma vez mais um jogo da Alawar que merecia uma nota "meh" ou "mais ou menos". Este aqui mesmo tendo menos níveis demora bastante, sinceramente. Os níveis finais, que deveriam ser mais difíceis para encerrar bem o jogo, são a mesma coisa de todos os outros. Nada demais.

i am new to this time management series. my first one was the rescue team series. i enjoyed that one a lot, but i didn't care that much for the later instalments. the MOAI series, so far, does a really good job filling the gap that rescue team left for me. i already played the first two in the MOAI series before i played this one, and it seems that with every new iteration they introduce new mechanics, buildings etc. which always makes it exciting to play the next one. the only thing i didn't like about this one is that it seemed easier than the previous two to me. i very easily got gold stars, while with the previous ones i very often had to redo levels to 100% it. but yeah, if you like casual time/resource management games then definitely pick up this one and the previous two! you wont be disappointed :)

I enjoy these games, they are satisfying and comforting and numbing in a way. I often play them on bad days just to get out of my own head. My only issue with them is the whole "white saviour" idea, like I think I mentioned in my review of the first MOAI. It's really awful, but to be honest the story behind the game isn't as important as the mechanics when it comes to enjoyment, so I just roll my eyes at the white man saving the helpless natives trope and enjoy the fun gameplay.

love the interaction between levels giving an idea of what you are to face.

I love this game. Very casual no stress game. It's my go to when I want to get away from playing my MMOs.

This chapter in the MOAI saga is all of the same - a time management game There are 40 levels in the main campaign and 13 extra ones. For each save the final level, there's an "extra" level that can be played as well. There are the usual achievements that we found in the serie. Note that to trigger them while playing, I started with a clean slate, user wise (deleted all profiles). I found the balance, in this one, a bit confusing. The 10-15 first levels are quite difficult and I had to replay almost each of them to get the gold status - some several times. However, after that it becomes seemingly very easy. from level 30 and on, I triggered gold status at first try. The only I have found is that there's no ambient music in the extra levels. I'm playing this on Win7 64bit without any issue

I've played all the games in the MOAI series so far and this one is just as addictive and enjoyable!
