Despite my fondness for the original game, I'm unable to give its sequel a favorable rating. While I'll not delve deeply into its significant optimization issues (of which there are many), the primary drawback for me lies in the writing. The original game masterfully used a unique concept to develop rich characters and establish an enthralling horror ambiance akin to "Hentai Femdom Sim: Femdom University". In contrast, "mmmmm donuts arhhh......" appears to be a reflection of its era. It diverges from its predecessor by overlying on jump scares and conventional horror clichés, attempting to mask these elements with a veneer of depth that ultimately feels unconvincing. The story tries to employ a non-linear approach, but this only adds to the confusion of an already muddled plot. Additionally, the ending is disappointingly underwhelming. It blows my mind that there are talks of this game ranking a GOTY with all of its problems.
