In a city where information is heavily monitored, couriers called Runners transport sensitive data. In this seemingly utopian paradise, a crime has been committed, & you are being hunted. You are a Runner called Faith and this innovative first-person action-adventure is your story.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

Overall, even for an ancient game, Mirror's Edge is a very easy thumbs-up. I love the main character, I love the story, I love the worldbuilding, I love the visuals, I love the environmental puzzles. However, I want to be very clear that I absolutely f***ing hate the controls of this game. Granted, I am almost 40 now, my reaction is not what it used to be, and therefore many platformers and other button-mash games are much harder for me, but sometimes there is a very easy sequence of maneuvers that I am trying to do, and Faith will just. Not. F***ing. Jump. The. F***ing. Gap. It is very frustrating, for absolutely no good reason.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Это потрясающая игра из потрясающей эпохи. Простая, чистая, "воздушная". Олицетворение футуристического минимализма и эстетики фрутигер аэро. Даже сейчас она ощущается как из будущего... игра с душой, таких больше не делают.
look i WANTED to like this game but i just couldnt going from actualy flaws to personal gripes: -sprinting almost feels slow most of the time AND its hard to get into a flow state for me which is detrimental to a game like this -personally what happend to me was the frames would get choppy 15 minutes in or so give or take -and i feel sometimes its hard to tell where to go and the mechanic to show you where you need to go just makes you face the directon which can screw you over i feel it had a really cool idea but just didnt work for me idk.
Wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Very much a game from 2009 (could use a remake), some jank in controls/direction and an annoyingly low FOV, but there's also something lost today about this era of game with no nonsense or unnecessary noise, just load the game, click play, the game knows what it's trying to be. Some level designs are truly well done, others more frustrating, it can be confusing where to go when the linearity is punishing if you didn't go the optimal route they intended. It's an ambitious title for 2009 for what is ultimately an Xbox 360 game, and for the most part it's a lot of fun. When the game flows it's great, but sometimes the idea is better than the execution which can break the immersion on a first playthrough, although subsequent playthroughs would probably be more enjoyable when you're familiar with the levels and objectives with less room for error. When playing I would imagine if someone like Valve were in charge of the game's idea, because the potential is obvious while the implementation from EA doesn't always hit. The music, vibes and atmosphere are where it truly shines. It has a Matrix-esque gameplay loop set in a dystopian future which is immersive and cool running around rooftops in a city that feels alive. While the gameplay mechanics could be tighter, the movement could be more tuned, the flow could be more intuitive on a blind run, it's short and sweet with a unique premise and is a lot of fun from an era of gaming that is missed these days, where AAA developers would take risks and try to make something unique and different. Also no unnecessary third-party launchers or extra crap involved for this EA title. Thumbs up for that.

This game actually aged like room temperature milk The sound is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up so every time the game (which you will do A LOT) opens your deafened The FOV is sickening The mechanics are clunky and don't work when you do them half the time The alt tab will OBLITERATE your computer BUT and this is a giant ass of a but, if you can get it on console or enjoy the things I listed above then I highly recommend this game However, kefir is a real thing so yes you may enjoy the game just like some people like kefir but holy jesus be ready to want to chew on live electrical wires when playing this The graphics are stunning The atmosphere is stunning The story is amazing AND you get to play the INSANE (in comparison to this) sequel with full understand
Very bad controls and physics The story is fine though
Mirrors Edge set the stage for modern video game movement in my opinion.
