Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Aug 5 → 4.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
I bought this game because I still had some money left in my Steam Wallet. I wasn't expecting much, but I ended up playing through it in one sitting. Minami Lane is the definition of a cozy game. It's relaxing without being boring, simple without feeling shallow, and every level introduces just enough new mechanics to keep things interesting. Figuring out what makes the residents happy is surprisingly satisfying. The art is adorable, the soundtrack is incredibly chill and the cats make everything better. It's not a huge game, but it doesn't need to be. I'd rather have a short, polished experience than one padded with repetitive content. For the price, it's absolutely worth it. If you're looking for a game to play with a cup of tea, relax, and just vibe for a few hours, this is an easy recommendation.
It's a pretty short game. Beautiful aesthetics and very wholeosome conversations!
Charming but Basic
Minami Lane is as simple of a management game as one can be but it's so full of charm, and short enough that it stops itself from getting too repetitive and boring. You're put in control of a street for 5 missions or in a sandbox mode and every day you can build a new building, to make your little street better. This can be a shop, more housing, or something decorative. The shops require you to create perfect recipes or stock certain items in order to please your shoppers which is done through trial and error. Your street is home to young and old people who have different tastes so you'll have to make 2 of each shop to please everyone. That's about as deep a mechanic as the game has, which isn't awful since the game is so full of charm. The visuals are great, with an amazing color palette and cute designs. The music is absolutely stellar though. I could listen to the music all day long and not get sick of it. Overall, Minami Lane is extremely simple which can lead to the game getting a little bit repetitive towards the end of the campaign but it's so short that I didn't really mind. I don't think there's enough variety to keep the sandbox mode entertaining for longer than an hour or so but the game is so cheap and so full of good vibes that it's still worth checking out if you want a cozy and simple management game. wholesome
It is a cute, cozy management game with a lovely art style, however, it felt like it was just too simple and there was something missing the whole time I played it. There are 5 levels to play, plus a sandbox mode, with some straightforward objectives that take about 2-4 hours to beat (took me 3 and half hours to get all the achievements). However, you only have 2 types of villagers (okay, you do get a 3rd one at the end of level 5) and a whole lot of 12 different buildings to pick from, only 6 of which are stores where you have some very, very basic settings to fiddle with to make the villagers happy. Outside of the 1 or, for some buildings, 2 upgrades (you can only choose one of them), that is pretty much all you get. It just felt really lacking. If you want something simple and cozy, go for it on a sale, it works just fine for that and most people seem to love it! If you want something with some depth to it, it is an easy skip. The Linux version of the game works without any issues.
This game gave me the cozy feeling of Stars Hollow…
Eh, it's not enough of an actual real game to keep me engaged, sorry. This is for people who want their cozy games to be REALLY cozy.
It truly is a cute little cozy management game. If you're looking for a chill but quick game with a bit of a challenge, this is a good choice. I can see myself playing this multiple times and still finding the charm in it.
its cute but it gets repetitive really fast , i also wish there was a bit more variety in it.
Cute cosy game, perfect for winding down.
