As a simulation of flight, it's decent enough and mostly similar to MSFS 2020. Minor differences in handling, at least with the default aircraft. A bit better feeling on the ground. The main problem is that literally everything else surrounding the actual simulation is utterly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ broken. The UI and UX in particular is atrocious. It's stuttery, takes forever to transition between menus, sometimes menu functions and buttons just don't work or do something entirely different from what you were expecting. There are multiple dead ends in menu navigation where the game offers the ability to open a certain screen only to tell you that you actually can't access this from here and you have to go back to the main menu or something to open it. There are certain functions that you would expect to be standard that just aren't there, like for instance cancelling a download in progress. Bit of a problem when this vibe-coded pile of garbage started a 350+ GB download when you were just trying to download a single aircraft. Certain settings just refused to save no matter what I tried, requiring me to set them again every time I started the game. Maybe I'm just doing something wrong. That's fine, I'd be okay with that. If that is the case, ANY amount of feedback should be the bare minimum to let me know why my settings aren't saving, why my inputs are doing absolutely nothing or entirely the wrong thing. MSFS 2020 was already an absolute mess with this, I don't know how they could possibly have made it even worse. I only covered my frustrations with the UX but that's only the tip of the iceberg with how busted this thing is. Unless you're REALLY invested in walking around outside your aircraft or doing the career mode activities, you'd be better off with 2020.

lots of bugs for how long the game has been out and is obvious they went out of their way to make a flight sim to be as woke as they could make it. if they spent that time fixing it and not jamming feminisim and BLM down our throats the game would be good. This game is not cheap. It is not being published by some small studio. It was not released yesterday. And I cannot complete the first license mission because of a "known bug"? WTF.

good game for aviation enthusiasts, the cockpits are highly detailed and physics are very realistic! the game also includes tutorials to help you fly which are very useful and microsoft flight simulator also comes with many planes to use, including helicopters! however, one problem that upsets me is that, as of writing this review, there is still no proper crash physics or crash animation like the plane setting on fire or something like that. if the game included that it would definitely be more realistic! however good game, highly recommend.
3 levels of joystick config with defult auto config on first load with non required garbage, with no easy way to clear it out, has kept me in 2020 for a extra year. this is 2026 and wasam crashes where you loose your flight for no reason is also keeping me away. Fixes do not address big problems. stau with 2020
The whole process of loading controls into a computer is long winded and very complicated. On the first start up the camera has a mind of its own and moves one way or another with no instruction on how to stop it moving. What sort of Company releases a plane that moves on its own?.
