It was fun for what it was, but I can't leave a positive review despite the game being free. Some of the sound effects to help you keep rhytms are hilariously off beat, and if your rhytm game isn't on the rhytm... then I can't say I'd reccomend it. I'd reccomend removing the loud sound before you are meant to slash as it is off beat and distracting.
Metallic Metronome is a very short rhythm game made in RPGMaker 2003. It's one of those "I'm impressed they did it at all" type of things, given the ancient engine, but it works pretty well once you figure out the rhythm it wants, and it's at least worth a quick look, even if it's about 15 minutes long and something that would be better off as a minigame in a real, full-length game. Especially since it's free, and all.

you should really play this game my hours are off since i play it offline but trust me i play it a lot its really fun but theres like 3 people who know about it and you should join those 3 people

RPG Maker strikes again! Metallic Metronome is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel RPG Maker asset/construction kit flips spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction. As with all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options, making this unacceptable for any dedicated modern PC gamer. The point can be made that the intention of RPG Maker is to make demos and small games to pass around friends, and shouldn't be used for "professional" game development. While it might be better if this had never been released on Steam under the guise of a professionally developed game, the developer has done the right thing by making their RPG Maker construction kit effort free. Notably the developer here couldn't work out how to use RPG Maker to make an RPG... and that's the only thing RPG Maker can do properly... except it's not even very good for making RPGs. Instead, we have something even worse, a mindless 4 button rhythm game. Like Dance Dance Revolution, but on meth, and extremely badly made. You sit in the middle of the screen and press an arrow key to attack samey asset flip tier retro pixel enemies that blip at you. Surely, a blockbuster AAA concept. Gamers who want a good retro JRPG experience would be better off playing the originals, like Final Fantasy, Star Ocean or Chrono Trigger. While this is free, it's not even an RPG, and the quality, thanks to RPG Maker being a terrible game engine, is far too low to recommend to PC gamers.
짧지만 무척 완성도가 높고 유저 편의성이 좋은 리듬게임입니다. 타격감이 왜케 좋죠 ㅎㅎ;
