Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 55/day in the week to Aug 28 → 71.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
The extreme tension of infiltrating without being detected.
Metal Gear series, the pinnacle of “stealth action” where you avoid combat and complete missions while hiding.
The game take place 10 years after METAL GEAR SOLID 3: Snake Eater.

This is the story of how one soldier, “Snake”, becomes “Big Boss”.
【STORY】
THE ILLUSION OF PEACE FALTERS
In 1964, after saving the world from all-out nuclear war, Naked Snake, a true hero, receives the name Big Boss, but he disappears shortly after the naming ceremony.
Ten years later, Big Boss is running an independent military unit in Columbia, when he is visited by two individuals from Costa Rica, a country without a military.
In a post-Cuban Missile Crisis world, and in a Central America essential to maintaining the power balance between East and West, Costa Rica has been miraculously able to maintain peace.
However, a mysterious armed group has been seen acting suspiciously throughout the region.
They request Big Boss to investigate and eliminate the armed group.
Though he hesitates to accept the request because the tape they brought contained the voice of The Boss, who was supposed to be dead.

I love this game but it needs patches: framerate issues when using CQC and explosions Never had these issues with the PS3 emulator
We will forsake our countries. We will leave our motherlands behind us and become one with this earth. We have no nation, no philosophy, no ideology. We go where we're needed, fighting, not for government, but for ourselves. We need no reason to fight. We fight because we are needed. We will be the deterrent for those with no other recourse. We are soldiers without borders, our purpose defined by the era we live in. We will sometimes have to sell ourselves and services. If the times demand it, we'll be revolutionaries, criminals, terrorists. And yes, we may all be headed straight to hell. But what better place for us than this? It's our only home. Our heaven and our hell. This is Outer Heaven.

Genuinely chilling story bro.
Real MGS5
Honestly a downright masterpiece, amazing story, great gameplay, awesome coop and plenty of missions. Plenty of weapons and items to play around with, although some of the vehicle battles overstay their welcome, Monster Hunter missions are peak but the last one is diabolical. Having 100% this game now i can say it's an essential play in the MGS series, some things can drive you nuts (Outer ops rng drops) but none of that makes me think any less of the game, runs perfectly on basically everything, super worth your time whether you're in it for just the story or going for full completion, it's an absolute blast.
Love this game
Legend......
Love this. I've spent countless hours playing this on a PSP some 15 years ago. Being able to play this now with better resolution, 60 fps and with mouse and keyboard controls is absolutely amazing. The are some kinks, the menus are still stuck at low framerate but it's not a big deal. So far after 16 hours of playing, I haven't encountered any problems, I finished the whole main story with the second ending and it was a great experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who grew up playing this game on portable consoles or to anyone who hasn't played it yet, this game has a big chunk of important storytelling which picks up after the MGS3 and depicts events before Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain. Just a hint, don't forget to listen to cassette tapes, most of the story is in those, just like in Phantom Pain.
