undeniably charming, stylish, and with a wonderful ost that i'll be stealing for my own nefarious purposes (ttrpg sessions)
I really liked the game, got to the end but didn't finish the game yet. Love the art and silly dance Mesmer does, story is quite engaging and I can't wait to see what's the true ending will be:) The only thing I didn't like so far is casting magick on Mesmer(gonna have to come back to it eventually:[ )

Worbly...
A silly, charming little game with some underlying horror tones here and there. Extremely well-made with even the smallest and most obscure of actions and choices you can do having dialogue which surprised us quite alot and made us want to divert from the main path just to see and exhaust all the dialogue, it's seriously impressive. The story is very captivating and the mystery of it all drags you in almost immediately, making you want to discover every little secret the game has to offer. Definitely worth buying and playing just to experience the magick (heh) of Mesmalie. Also, Mesmer is VERY smoochable. Worbly...
mesmer pretty
fun!
dude im SO glad i picked this up always make decisions based off artstyles kids
So charming and just an absolute delight the whole way through. The art style bangs, the music bangs, the minigames are fun, the story is captivating, and there's just so much more to see than you would on 1 playthrough. I found myself going back and my jaw dropping at things I didn't realize could even happen. HIGHLY recommended to anyone who loves unique games that are just bursting with love :)
those digital witches dawgh........
what a superb experience. what opens up as just a simple visual novel with some point-and-click interactivity unravels into a complex magical mystery. the art style is snappy and beautiful, and the music is also a joy to listen to. i was pleasantly surprised to see just how much the game reacts to your choices: you can interact with almost anything in every room, however, knock over a container or open the wrong door... and the story might take a completely different turn. the game normally doesn't give any indicator to what is important and what isn't, which encourages tons of replays for experimentation. (and there is a chapter/section select screen, so you don't have to play through the entire game to play through every route) lots of attention to detail, as almost every cutscene is also affected by the various choices you make in each chapter. as for the story, it is structured so that you have to play through the game again in order to understand the characters fully and unlock other endings. the writing isn't exaggerated, every character is written realistically with dialogue that feels natural and sometimes awkward, in a good way. even the smallest mannerisms in speech give clues to a character's personality and even motives.
there are moments in the game on future playthroughs where the player character can recall things that they haven't yet seen. i was expecting there to be some sort of meta-narrative involved with this future vision, similar to something like Undertale. unfortunately, they are not elaborated on and more or less serve the purpose of expediting long exposition sequences. nonetheless, it's still really fun that the game recognizes previous playthroughs, even if there's not that much of an impact.
please try out Mesmalie, it's worth the price. highly highly recommend.
