das game ist so toll und es macht ein riesen spaß, allerdings würde das spiel im multiplayer mega sein, würde mich sehr auf einen co-op modus freuen
The best store simulator I have seen and actually enjoyed playing, this is an amazing game, kudos to the developer.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I think the cold storage update messed this game up. Its janky and not a fun addition to the game at all. Happy to remove this review if this changes
Pretty solid game overall. So much content compared to other titles I have tried. Great mods and mod support for additional content/features not currently in game. Def wroth it. Will recommend 8/10
Honestly I'm just at a point of complete frustration that I'm just sick of playing Megastore Simulator at this stage and I'm kind of mad at myself for sitting here playing it so long hoping something would open up and get better. I'll never get any of that time back. I just can't recommend anyone else spend their money on it..... YET. If a ton of work gets put into this one it could be pretty cool but man, it will need a lot of work before this is a complete game. The other larger scale simulator game like this, Mall simulator, was an unfinished and now abandoned game that is still WAY better and WAY more thought out than Megastore is. So if the premise of a large scale operation is interesting to you, you're still better off with mall simulator, even though it's lacking too. To get started with, don't even plan on playing this game unless you want to mod it. This game has a ton of balance and progression issues that are absolutely brain numbing. Before it was suggested to me in the discussions to add mods I was insanely bored with how slow everything moves. That's why I went to the discussions in the first place because it was so slow and boring that I felt like there was some kind of game mechanic I had completely missed. I could add entire departments and rows of new registers and barely get more than one or two extra customers at a time. There were SO MANY periods where the ONLY thing I could do was restock the warehouse and open the store for the day. I was just sitting there doing nothing day after day after day. You'll spends HOURS and HOURS adding HEAPS and HEAPS of new products and shelves and employees and you NEVER feel like you actually start making more money. The way the store/warehouse/expansion process works, combined with how expensive and space consuming it can get, you just get stuck waiting to earn enough money to actually unlock new space and new departments. It makes the game feel more like an idler than an actual playable video game. Once I added about a dozen mods I was finally able to get better margins and income that I felt like I could actually expand/upgrade/build at a decant pace. That absolutely opened the game up to be a little more fun. I was finally able to play the game instead of sit around waiting for the game to play itself. However unfortunately this also just opened up all the other glaring issues with the game and that's what really brought my frustration to a boil, because I spent all this time getting to this point only to realize the backend of the game is completely unfinished and it was a total waste of time to get to those mid/end game stages. I kept telling myself "It'll get better in the end game when it fully opens up" But it doesn't. Once I finally got a good foothold I was ready to start playing with all the end game systems. I spent a good many hours upgrading the warehouse with the largest walk-ins, all new pallet racks to go strictly pallets now instead of individual boxes. However upgrading to pallet racks completely breaks the game because it is totally unfinished and not even really thought out at all. Employee's can't move pallets so now you have to unload all the trucks yourself, this is insane to go from automated truck unloading BACK to manual truck unloading because you upgraded everything. Like... WHAT?! Your upgrades.....downgrade...you...??? And the thing is, you could just order more pallets and then let employees move individual boxes from the new pallets to the pallets inside the pallet racks, and then they can still unload the trucks. But the problem is that empty pallets disappear every day, so if a pallet is empty you no longer have a pallet on the pallet rack that restock employees can use. What I'm saying is that the pallets now break your inventory system every day when they empty out and you have to go hunting for what products are now missing, manually find those products. Wait for them to arrive, unload them yourself, locate the empty rack location, and then place on the rack. Your only other option being that every single night before you go to a new day, you can stop everything you're doing to go through inventory and manually check which pallets are empty BEFORE they disappear, restock them, wait for them to be restocked, then end the day. But as I'm sure you're guessing, this means everyday, everything has to halt in place and wait for that process to finish. It's just clearly not been thought out at all, it's like it was all just thrown in game with no regard to how it actually works. This also leads into MULTIPLE other issues; 1 - You can't order full pallets even when only using pallets. This leaves you with one pallet and then a second pallet with the leftovers, this constantly stops up trucks because the unloaders are waiting for space to open up on the rack pallet before the truck can be finished. It just constantly caused a logistical nightmare where trucks are just sitting there because there are two or three pallets with "extras" left in them and the unloaders can't do anything. So even when you "go big" you're having to math the pallet numbers of EACH PALLET to restock enough to mostly fill a pallet but not too much to have overflow so you can avoid truck unloading breakages. It's just a NIGHTMARE. 2. You can never really hit that next level stage where you go from low level store to mega store where you deal in volume and bulk. Because as soon as you try going bulk everything forces constant babysitting to keep it functioning. 3. Your game progress comes to a grinding halt because you are spending so much time forcing the game to work, despite itself, that your overall gameplay time has the store CLOSED far more than it's actually opened because of all the crap you're having to do to fix things. Then right at the same time is when performance started to tank. It was wild to see my ram at 30% usage, with my GPU and CPU around the same, but barely staying at 30FPS with constant drops and stutters. The game, and from what I can see, the in game boxes, are not optimized at all. So not only are you fighting all the games issues now, but you're also doing it with bad performance too! All things considered I'm mad I spent so much time half way falling asleep for the first 20 hours, only to finally get the game into a fun and enjoyable spot with the dozen or so mods I installed.... Only to realize the entire back end of the game completely falls apart and is no more than a bunch of placeholder mechanics that have no been thought out AT ALL. The game should have had way more fleshed out than this before releasing into early access, I mean I was bored the first 20 hours because you just have to sit around and wait, and then you can only solve those issues with mods, and then once you do and you finally start to have some fun with the game, the whole back end and end game stages completely fall apart, so it wasn't even worth it fighting through all the crap in the beginning. I would maybe give the game a wishlist and a follow and see what it looks like a year from now. Because right now the game is more or less a massive waste of time if you actually try to play through it.
AS A SIMULATOR FANATIC, THIS IS THE BEST ON THE MARKET!!! I have dumped numerous hours into different sims over the years and this is by far the best. Some of the others I've played are: Supermarket Simulator, Grocery Store Simulator, Candy & Toys Store Simulator, Clothing Store Simulator, Pub Simulator, Fast Food Simulator, and more. THIS ONE WINS ALL! The highlight: Megastore Sim covers ALL bases. Instead of having to buy and play multiple different types of store sims, this one has all types such as: Grocery, clothing, bakery, butchery, seafood, electronics, sports, vending machines, music, toys, etc. etc. Ask yourself this: Why would you buy a bunch of store sims separately when you can have it all in ONE with Megastore Simulator? I can play all versions right in this one game. That's what makes it the best. Plus, to me, it's more realistic and satisfying than other sims. You can also use features such as forklifts, pallet jacks, dolleys, etc. which not only make the jobs much easier, but more realistic and in depth. PS - You get to choose which departments you want to work on and how in depth you go. For example, I've put in nearly 20 hours so far, and I so far have focused on the main grocery aspect with a few butchery items. I'm taking small steps and knocking out achievements along the way.
Milujem! Nedokážem sa odtrhnúť od hrania len tak ďalej ❤️
This tickles the cracks in my brain.
GAME RUNS OUT OF MEMORY SPACE BEFORE HAVING ALL ITEMS UPGRADED AND ADDED, BECOMES VERY GLITCHY. ALSO HASNT UPDATED IN OVER A MONTH SHOWING THE DEVS HAVE QUIT CARING ABOUT THE GAME LIKE THEY HAVE OTHERS. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!
