Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.56/day in the week to Aug 4 → 9.43/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Big mechs blow each other up.. 10/10
Fun
While I highly enjoy this game, I would warn anyone looking up to buy it: The AI is extremely stupid and it takes some know-how to get your AI lancemates to perform. Would highly recommend players to instead of playing solo, get together with friends and play with a full lance of players, as the game is A LOT more enjoyable like so. Beyond that the graphics are good, the stories are entertaining enough, the battles are fun, the DLC's make it better (except for Solaris, Solaris is bad) Any mech fan would be right at home in this game.

One of my all time favorite games...I started the series with mechwarrior 2 and found this gem some years ago and have been playing since to me its the perfect Mech game you can find. game play is great, the open world, pick your side, and the DLC makes this game a must for Battletech fans
If you mod it to ♥♥♥♥ its almost as good as the old ones
Excellent sandbox and mod support
Good for old school battletech and mechwarrrior fans. Has some of the classic iconic designs.
Big stompy robits Wish mediums and lights were relevant in the endgame.
Im a Big Battletech nerd so spoilers yes I enjoy this title. I do recommend it but wont shy away from critiques so people can make a good decision. - Big stompy robot fun. A good amount of mechs to choose from to salvage, steal or purchase. - Performs well on my rig but there are some maps especially ones with ALOT of trees that can cause noticeable studder and frame drop. - Customization is basic, but for newer players or veteran players who want to mod the game, making your own builds and mechs is always fun, vanilla or otherwise. For the base game it is serviceable if a little lacking in depth. Mods MASSIVELY increase the options available to you, if your looking for deeper customization, check them out. YAML Mechlab is an amazing addition and IMO should be the standard of any mechwarrior title. - 4 Player COOP is the best way to enjoy the title. Critique to this is those that join you don't really have many options to affect their own contribution. The Host player has 90% of the control. some QoL improvements came but its still basic what they can do. But running around with 3 friends as always makes 90% of all games more fun. - AI is pants on head. they are dumb and frustrating. AI on both allies and enemies like to go point blank range no matter what. Did you put your teammate in a squishy Rifleman? Jagermech? maybe a LRM Boat that has near 0 ability in close range fights? nah you better believe in 15 seconds after the start of a fight they are exchanging punches with anything and everything. Your AI teammates are going to cost you ALOT of Cbills (game currency) in lost equipment and mechs. The enemy AI does the same, bum rushing you into point blank fights. Sometimes this can make sense otherwise its just exhausting. - The majority of non campaign mission maps are generated. This is where you will spend most of your game time. There is good mission variety and maps look wonderful. From a Crystal infested Ice planet to fighting on a Moon, the maps look great, due to the nature of the generation, other than cover, there's not too much else about the maps. Serviceable and pretty to look at, but not much depth. The hand made Campaign specific maps for the most part also also just serviceable, and there's not much interaction with mechs and map design. - For Battletech fans its not a bad addition to the series, but it is more basic. No knockdown and a more basic customization tool. The Inner Sphere map is really great, and lots of the iconic in universe locations are there, but other than a odd easter egg here and there, there's not much else other than set dressing. I would love to see AI be worked into the enemies with what faction your facing. Most of what you face is decided by % roll chance. I would love to see Draconis combine mechs charging huge amounts of light mechs at you. Would love to see Lyran incompetence with large lances but poor pilots but lots of support for them. - Story is as generic as they come. something something about butter toast. classic revenge story but not much going on for it. Characters deliver their lines, do their job and you will probably forget your own characters name after about 20 minutes. There are still bugs present due to the nature of the content generation. Enemy targets spawning underground, mechs sinking into the floor etc etc but they are for the most part rare. I enjoy it for what it is. At launch it was a 4/10 maybe 5/10. After years of patching and work, it stands now to me as a 7/10, 8/10 with xpacs, and 9/10 with mods.
