Really solid little horror game. The hand-drawn art style does a lot of the heavy lifting and gives an unsettling feeling. The doll scenes were easily the highlight for me, super creepy! It took me around 30 minutes, but it sticks with you for a bit after. Definitely worth checking out if you like small, atmospheric horror experiences.
un petit jeu d'ambiance bien creepy comme j'aime. a quand une suite ?
I didn’t really know what to expect at first, but I ended up enjoying the experience quite a lot. The main strength of the game is definitely the atmosphere. The hand-drawn style gives it a raw, unsettling feel, and some of the visuals really stick with you. The doll sequences stand out in particular, they’re quite strange, but in a good way, and bring something you don’t often see in this kind of game. Gameplay-wise, it’s a pretty simple point & click. The puzzles aren’t very difficult, but that didn’t bother me. It feels more like moving through a strange place and slowly understanding what happened there than actually solving complex puzzles. The game is short (around 30 minutes), but the pacing is good and I didn’t get bored. There are a few small rough edges with the interactions, but nothing that really took me out of it. Overall, it’s a solid little horror experience with a strong visual identity. If you like atmospheric horror games that do things a bit differently, it’s worth checking out. The ending is pretty creepy. Score: 8/10 Overall: A short but memorable experience, driven by a strong artistic direction.

Cute gruesome game with story and lovely art. I think it's a nice little dessert before bed.

A morbid little 'story told around the campfire' point and click horror game.
First of all i want to start this review by stating this game in general is not bad. It's Actually Kind of neat. The experience of going through the house, witnessing all the horrific sights is actually a pretty exciting experience as i feel the atmosphere is pretty well constructed. This is Futher emphesized by the art style. Which is gourgeous. Each room being made with it's almost fountain pen style with a level of detail leaving each macabre sight a wonder to see. However this is where my biggest gripe with the game comes in. The game feel clunky. As this is best experienced at the start of the game where after leaving the starting room there is a lot of detail in the background and floor that could be interactable however it's not. Like the many nail looking objects on the floor. This followed by the first piece of gore which while beautiful. There is no indication that there is a key on it's eye socket. Then as one progresses further gameplay items start looking more tacked on. Instead of highlighted by the scenery. Like the numbers for codes or other interactable items. This wrapping around to the fact that the gameplay is not much, even for a point and click game. Most of the puzzles aren't even much of puzzles as it involves just reading the interactable objects. Which makes it more frustrating when some objects can't be picked up until you interact with something else even though they are perfectly there. (the scissors for example). And finally the story which... it ain't much. Its a simple set up, with a simple pay off. Which wouldn't be much of a problem if the exploration of the house wasn't clunky or had more puzzles. But in the end it feels pretty unsatisfying even as a small game. Overall, i do say i do not regret this purchase as the game this entretained me for the hour that i went through it. And It's worth it just to admire the gorgeous art. But if you are looking for something more puzzle heavy. Or something that isn't a small interactive art gallery. I suggest to pass on this one.
After finishing the title, I can confidently say that the atmosphere of environmental horror and the paranoia of being hunted persist every minute, despite it being a short game. I highly recommend playing it. There are a few aspects that bothered me (although only slightly), such as the relatively small interaction area for interactable objects. Also, as a matter of personal preference, I would have liked the font [here I mean the text font] to have been customized; it would have been wonderful if it had matched the style of the title itself, with a violently scribbled appearance. That said, I would definitely recommend playing this title.
Bon petit jeu d'horreur, le style dessiné à la main marche vraiment bien avec l'ambiance.
