Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

story, characters and atmosphere is unrivalled. nothing will beat the feeling you get when you see and arrive on the citadel for the first time. however, combat and movement is clunky and pretty bad in this game. i get they were going for a mix between a shooter and an RPG and its not horrible altogether but there are times when its REALLY bad. bad squadmate AI and some stuff is unnecessarily balls-to-the-wall difficult (like the thorian boss fight) that and the side missions which are mostly just the same thing. sure the "stories" are different each time but they're usually "go here to the same secret lab layout, clear out enemies" rinse and repeat which gets pretty tedious.
Illuminated by the eerie glow of my gaming rig, I sit down on a frozen evening, sequestered in my Arctic refuge, ready to embark on a nostalgic voyage through a galaxy far, far away. As Kiba Snowpaw, a lonely Ice Wolf hailing from an icy planet, who's spent over three and a half decades immersing in games, anime, and manga, my expectations are as high as the snow-capped peaks outside my window. The life of a solitary furry may be bracing, but the warmth of my passion for gaming, bolstered by the countless projects I've funded on Kickstarter and Patreon, sustains me. You see, my contribution has not only been monetary, but also emotional. This isn't just a hobby; it's a lifeline, a haven from the biting winds of my reality, a sanctuary for a troubled mind haunted by depression and the labor of caring for an ailing father. So, let me dive headlong into the icy depths of the game that stands before me: Mass Effect (2007). 🚀 Remember, folks, I'm an old-school gamer, and I'll tell you this much: #OldIsGold. The graphics? Groundbreaking, especially for the time. The voice acting? Sublime. It's like slipping into a well-worn glove, the game inviting me into an expansive universe, every character meticulously crafted, and every dialogue perfectly scripted. The comparisons with Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic are inevitable, but this game delivers an experience far beyond the realm of simple space opera. This, my friends, is an epic! The dilemma of choosing whether to embrace the light or to descend into the dark depths of malevolence, the tenuous balance between good and evil, is a delicate dance that Mass Effect choreographs masterfully.🪄 Add to this the robust lore and narrative, the immersive world-building, and the dynamic gameplay, and you're in for one heck of a gaming experience. However, it's not all intergalactic roses. The black pixelated character bug at Peak 15? A disruption, a glitch in the matrix that fractures the otherwise seamless narrative. But hey, every gem has its flaws, and this one can be easily remedied. And let's not forget the dated combat mechanics and the monotonous exploration. The clunky Mako, with its infuriatingly frustrating controls, may drive you to distraction, but the storyline swiftly pulls you back in. The tedious elevators? Simply a necessary evil, I suppose. 😅 The expansive landscapes, though occasionally marred by repetitive designs, still manage to evoke awe and wonder. As for the squad-based combat, it leaves something to be desired, but as any seasoned gamer knows, the AI isn't always your best buddy on the battlefield. Yet, amidst these flaws, there's a charm that keeps you coming back. This game isn't just about blasting aliens and saving the universe. No, it's about forging relationships, making choices that resonate throughout the trilogy, and experiencing a narrative that rivals the most acclaimed sci-fi sagas. It's about the thrill of the hunt, the heartbreak of loss, and the triumph of victory. The game makes you laugh, cry, rage, and rejoice, often all within the same mission. So, despite the bumps and hiccups, I can safely say that Mass Effect (2007) is worth every penny of the asking price. Trust me, don't let the naysayers deter you from this incredible journey. And remember, #ItsNotAboutTheDestinationItsTheJourney. The game is more than the sum of its parts. It's an odyssey, an epic, a lifestyle. So grab that controller, select your class, and jump aboard the Normandy. The galaxy is waiting. The choices are yours. The adventure is just beginning. 🌌 Final verdict: The game may have aged, but like a good wine, it's gotten better with time. A must-play for any RPG fan. Just remember: We are all Commander Shepard in this journey, and we all have our own stories to tell. 🎮 So, as I conclude, the lonely Arctic wind howls outside my window, mirroring the desolate landscapes I've traversed in-game. But within me, there's a fire. A passion kindled by Mass Effect. It's the same fire that's seen me through countless trials and tribulations, through toxic relationships and mind-numbing depression. It's the fire that fuels the life of Kiba Snowpaw. As I sit back in my chair, staring at the end credits, I know I'll be back. After all, the universe isn't going to save itself. Now, time for some hot cocoa and a warm blanket. I think Garrus Vakarian would approve. 🐺❄️🕹️

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This is probably one of the best 3rd person shooter games ever made. The combination of space drama, RPG elements, intergalactic space exploration, and the deep lore makes this game one of the all time greats. I've been wanting to play this game since I was very young and finally getting the chance to play it after decades, it is basically an amazing game and the graphics hold up very well into the 2020s.
Great game. Runs and everything.

I can't believe I missed this incredible game when it came out. This is a top quality title with incredible art, writing, voice acting, controls, and animations. Few games of today can match the smoothness of this one. Likes: 1. The expansive universe and the ability to roam freely for most of the game. 2. Smoothness in transition between areas/maps. 3. Overall quality of the writing, story, and voice acting. 4. Combat dynamics and controls. 5. The addition of a usable vehicle to explore various planet surfaces. 6. Character depth and different alien race backstories. 7. In-depth dialogues that added a lot of richness to the story, and the overall dialogue functions. 8. The overall universe that was created within the game that leaves room for much more story and exploration. Dislikes: 1. There were two levels that, for some reason, never properly loaded the moving bit maps, so they showed up as black blobs. Probably had something to do with the age of the game and software incompatibilities with modern hardware/software. 2. The galaxy view map is a bit overwhelming. I wish it had some sort of tracking to let you know where you had already been and if there was anything left to survey or explore. I visited some planets multiple times by mistake not realizing I had already been there and done everything. Some systems were hidden to me until I realized I can "move around" the nebulae to find systems that were not visible from the default view. 3. Some key points on interest not showing up on the maps (intentionally). I understand the mineral points not showing up, but still is a strange story continuity issue... if you can "survey" a planet that you can't land on from orbit to find stuff like mineral deposits, why can't you do it for the planets where you can make a landing? 4. The game's money system. At first, everything is prohibitively expensive, then evens out, then everything seems super cheap towards the back 1/2 of the game. I ended the game maxed out at $9,999,999 credits and nothing to spend it on. It would have been nice to have more unique items in the various stores. 5. No control over the ability points spent on your crew. I really wanted the decryption and electronics skills to advance on my team members before other skills, but I had no choice, so had to wait until I got to a certain level overall to be able to open the most hardened containers/computers. That made for a lot of disappointing backtracking near the end of the game. 6. The all too predictable and poorly written love story addition to the plot line. Would have liked to see better writing around that topic, or just avoid it entirely. 7. Not a whole lot to entice playing through more than once. There are some decisions you could re-do and alternate story lines at key points, but not to the point where I feel it is worth replaying the entire game, but perhaps others do. Overall - If you really liked the original Deus Ex, then you will really enjoy this game. Very similar in overall concept (RPG+Shooter) and quality. This one had more features/finesse added on the top. Plus the ability to drive a vehicle with a functional tank-like cannon! Boom!! Totally awesome. If you catch this on sale, all the better, but still a good value even if it is not.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ CLASSIC
I genuinely appreciate this game and believe it to be a fantastic experience. However, it's important to note that there exists a remastered version that surpasses it in quality. It would be wise to consider purchasing the superior remastered edition for the ultimate gaming enjoyment.
