Fun little puzzle game to gawk at the architecture
Very easy to get motion sick I really liked the mechanics, but it was a bit repetitive and I had to step away many times due to motion sickness
Очень необычный опыт. Головоломки не сложные, но требуют некоторой наблюдательности. Мне понравилось :-)
fun
farklı farklı yerçekimleriyle bulmaca çözdüğümüz farklı bakış açısı kazandığımız bir oyun. oynarken baş döndürüyor ama çözdükten sonra görsel şölen tamamen , birkaç bölüm zorluk açısından sarmasa da öneririm
关于几何与空间的神作
Some positive things to start off: Manifold Garden has an incredible visual style, awesome sound design and great music. It really makes you feel something, when you walk around the otherworldly fractal-like gardens in this game and hear the dope alien sounding music. As a piece of visual and auditory media, its truly succesful at creating a very unique experience for the player. However, as a puzzle game, it falls flat in my opinion. The mechanic of being able to shift you gravity and fall "down" to through the same repeating level, is very unique and cool to do, but it rarely, if ever, feels like its utilized to anywhere near its full potential. The puzzles in this game generally plateau quite quickly after the tutorial in terms of difficulty. The areas you see are vast and awe inspiring, but theyre also mostly empty. The different areas also aren't visually distinct almost at all, that is to say that the style, while cool, doesnt change throughout almost the entirety of the (in my case) 4 hour runtime. So the issue is that the visuals eventually get stale, and the puzzles never become truly challenging in the first place, and so the game kinda starts to wear out its welcome. Like i said earlier, it only took me 4 hours (over 3-4 sessions) to complete, but right up till the final moment before i checked, i wouldve guessed that it'd taken me 6-8 hours, likely because the latter half of the game felt so repetetive... However, the ending sequence really was quite an experience. I definently dont regret spending my time on this game, so therefore i'll reccomend it, but probably not at full price.
Looks cool for the first 10 mins but then it gets super repetitive, boring and too abstract. Feels like something that should've been a 2min tech demo
great game
