Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Still really early in the game, but so far it is an awesome homage to the PS1 and DS era of Atlus games. If you enjoyed Strange Journey, Soul Hackers, or P2: Eternal Punishment then check this game out! Great visuals, catchy music, and surprisingly well designed monsters! At 10 dollars the game is a steal for anyone who enjoys dungeon crawlers or occult mysteries! You also get to stab monsters with pens and box cutters!
This is a great game. I don't love how many "random" encounters there are but I understand that was a thing during the era this game is based off of. Everything else about the game is amazing. Haven't finished it yet but I plan to. Would love to see them build on this and make more games that are similar.
A solid little Shin Megami Tensei-like, drawing a lot of inspiration to how demons are handled in soul hackers 2 specifically (i.e. you equip them to characters). If you love the classic shin megami tensei game play of exploring dungeons and fusing demons then this will certainly suffice until the next atlus game comes out. It's biggest weakness is its story, which is very straightforward and basic. The characters don't get a lot of deep interaction to flesh them out either. If you play RPGs for the stories and characters then this game is probably a pass. However, if you want a story that just gets out of the way so you can dungeon crawl, this will be up your alley. The Arcane (this games term for demons) designs are all very cool though they feel like they come from a different game then the actual human characters which can make it feel a little disjointed. I do find the stat spreads a little rough as at many levels you often won't have enough good int and str demons for both your casters and your melee fighters without equiping redundant Arcanes, especially since other stats like luck and agi aren't worth specializing in, at least from my experience. Overall this game is a 7/10. It's a great value even at full price and will scratch your SMT itch until the next Persona game comes out. It's weak story and derivative game play hold it back from being a recommend if you aren't a dungeon-crawler fan.
Got hooked immeiately
Only a little bit in and I am in love with this game. It seems like a love letter to classic Shin Megami Tensei, down to the creature designs and how magic and enemy placement work. The default controls are odd, and the resolution isn't meant for ultrawide monitors (definitely seems like it feels at home at 640x800). Other than that I'm hooked and looking forward to seeing where this goes. will update after spending more time with it.
Makai Agito can best be described as "Baby's First Megaten" following the plot from "Re/Member". With that description in mind, this game is pretty fantastic with the right approach. The weak points are easily overcome by it's strengths and I enjoyed my time here. The plot is that you're reporter friend invites you to investigate a local legend about a "Witching Hour" curse... aka people disappearing without a trace every few years. But as the hour comes to pass, monsters walk the streets and the memories of the past hours return. Track down and destroy the dismembered body of an ancient witch or you'll awaken tomorrow with the dead gone without a trace. The writing itself is passable, but it really doesn't need to be more than that. Dungeon Crawls are about the mazes and the journey and the plot is just interesting enough to keep me moving forward. The gameplay is oldschool SMT or Persona. Walk around in first person mazes and fight enemies with preschool-tier element matching. There's no press-turn or all-outs/knock downs... simply extra damage if you match the enemies weakness. It's honestly a nice change of pace because, with one exception, I felt like I could just enjoy mixing and matching powers. Unlike classic atlus, even bosses (with one exception) don't force you to strictly match elements or prepare new parties for each dungeon. It's balanced towards the easier side, so I could have fun playing with builds and finding several overpowered combinations. Dungeon design is decent quality. For the most part, they are simple designs with a heavy emphasis on unlocking shortcuts. This means that MOST dungeons allow you to easily trek in, do some exploration, and then escape to heal without too much trouble. It's a fine balance between attrition, pushing-your-luck, and casual dungeon crawling with a few mid-game exceptions. I see alot of reviews complaining about grind but I mostly disagree because you really don't NEED to upgrade your gear every stage and levels come at a steady rate. Most of your power comes from fusing demons, and you can earn them through negotiation, money purchase, or dropped crafting items. You don't even need to return to down... right there... in the dungeon you can spawn the ideal party for any situation or merge some units to change up your skills. There are a couple of weak points past the writing that almost lost me. There's a pair of mid-level dungeons that go on a little too long and lack the shortcuts to justify it, and money is still mildly tight this early. It feels like it's the start of a difficulty spike, but after these two dungeons it's flows smoothly again. A couple of the later dungeon gimmicks felt like they were wasting time, and the battle rate is feels a bit too high. Finally, the last boss just sucks... as it's resistant to nearly everything and ignores your elemental defenses... and takes absolutely forever to finish off. But at the end of the day, I'm glad I bought this game and I enjoyed the vast majority of the time with it. In terms of indy megaten... this is a fine addition to the genre.
這款非常好玩,看不懂英文,目前也有不少AI OCR翻譯軟體可以用 請放心服用,全破後自然拿到全成就,喜歡女神異聞錄1+惡魔招喚師1 的玩家可安心服用
This is a good one. Pretty impressive as a Shin Megami Tensei clone made in RPG maker. First person dungeons complete with traps feels like it could have been made by Atlus themselves. The negotiation system is a little light, and really unnecessary, but that's actually my only complaint, this was really fun to play and get all the achievements. My favorite knock off Persona is Mike.
why is it so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard
