Majestic Nights

The fact that a "season pass" is still purchasable is blatantly fraudulent. There were 2 (of supposedly 6) episodes when I bought this 4 years ago, there are still just 2 today - this game is essentially abandonware. AVOID!

only the first two chapters in this unfinished release which makes you pay to play the conclusion to the story which is a terrible way to release a game. Despite it being a low price tag, it is not worth being bamboozled

Supposed to be a six episode story, hasn't had a new episode in over two years.

I bumped on this game while going through my queue and found it kind of interesting. "Majestic Nights" had that "Hotline Miami" vibe with a different approach. Slower paced and more focused on narrative. Well, it's not like it matters now because the game was released in 2014 and as of today, August 12th 2017, only two episodes have been released. Official announcements from the dev are nowhere to be seen and the game isn't going forward. If it ever gets finished, probably will take a few more years and it's not that good to make the wait worth it.

This game had promise but it's since been left to rot, it'll never be finished and that's sad, what is there is pretty good, but I can't recommend something that's been abandoned

[b]Majestic Nights[/b] was supposed to have 6 episodes. The base game was the first episode and then there was a Season Pass DLC for episodes 2 with the description that episodes 3-6 would come later. Except 3-6 were never fulfilled. After years of complaints, instead of following through, they just renamed the Season Pass DLC to "Chapter 2" and disappeared again. Episode 1 is too short and feels like a proof of concept rather than a fleshed out title.

I have the badges, because they used to do the cool sideways glitch text thing, plus illuminati, but honestly DON'T buy this game It's supposed to be SIX episodes, only two exist, only two ever will exist, and it's downright rude that there is a "season pass" that only contains those two episodes, but costs twice as much as buying them individually. Definitely do not buy, especially do not buy the season pass

Game has been abandoned. Please, please, please don't buy the Season Pass, as the game isn't getting the final 4 chapters it was projected to have (only 2 of what was said to be 6 ever got done).

Great concpet the dev has really done their research into the conspiracy theorys. It is a great adventure game which is both gripping and fun, I purcheased this earlier today and finished the prolouge and both episodes in around 2-4 hours in total. At this stage it is short but offers some replayability, things get a little weird in episode two towards the end but its all a part of the overall adventure which is planned out as a six part episodic game. This game is worth the $4.99 USD in my opinion. Retro gameplay and music add to the overall feel of this niche adventure .

Someone decided to make a stealth adventure game. And they left out the point and click. Instead of point and click, you WASD and E. The story doesn't grip me. Graphics are decent, the interface is Ok. but the story doesn't grab me, and this is a story oriented adventure game.
