About
Imagine a cozy autumn morning, where the sun still warmly touches the faces of passersby. On the corner of a quiet street, behind a shop window, a cat named Seba lazily basks in the soft rays of sunlight. Inside the shop, shelves are filled with beautiful porcelain pieces – both new and those waiting for a second chance.
Visitors can come to the shop with their broken treasures, and with a touch of magic, these items can be brought back to life. But this isn’t just any life – these objects are home to divine creatures: cats.
In Magic Cats Pots, your goal is to repair broken teapots, cups, plates, and other porcelain items. As you piece them back together, you may discover magical cats hidden within. Each restored item reveals its secrets, and with every successful repair, you unlock more challenges and new treasures.
With 126 different porcelain items to repair, each divided into specific categories, the magic never ends. As you progress, you unlock more complex challenges and discover new fluffy companions hidden within the ceramics.
The game offers a peaceful, relaxing journey through the world of porcelain and magical cats. With three different difficulty levels, you can enjoy simple, laid-back puzzles or tackle more intricate and demanding repairs.
The levels are procedurally generated, meaning no two puzzles are ever the same. Even after completing a level and earning all the stars, you can replay it, with each attempt offering a fresh new experience. This ensures that the game remains engaging and never repetitive.

**EDIT - You can now complete each puzzle straight away on hard, despite not completing them on medium difficulty first. Unsure if this was an update that happened on release but this now removes some of the grind for completionists! Magic Cats Pots is a very cute jigsaw game with a cozy and adorable aesthetic. Puzzle pieces are easy to manoeuvre, and the three different achievement levels can create as much of a challenge as you would like. However, for achievement hunters or completionists, be prepared for a bit of a grind for that coveted 100% Pros

Cutesy themes with gorgeous pastels
Cozy & medium difficulty are perfect for casual players looking to relax
Procedurally generated levels
Cons

Difficulties are locked behind completing the previous difficulty levels
Very grindy and repetitive for achievement hunters / completionists
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3358095219
Gameplay
Gameplay is very simple, pickup pieces, right click to rotate them and piece the puzzle together. Pieces will snap together if they’re put in the correct spot. The difficulty level then determines the number of pieces there are. There are different sections of puzzles you can do, including vases, mugs, pots etc. Each of these sections has various different individual puzzles within them, and each one has three difficulty levels. You must complete the puzzle in the lowest difficulty, “cozy” in order to gain access to the medium difficulty and then complete on medium to finally progress to hard. Meaning that you must complete each puzzle a minimum of three times, across all sections, if you wish to 100% the game. You cannot start with hard first to get the achievements that way, which I didn’t like. The cozy difficulty was very easy and very quick, perfect for someone looking for an hour or so of not much thinking. The medium difficulty I liked more as it took more time but wasn’t too hard. Whereas the hard difficulty I find quite tedious, especially as I have already done each puzzle twice before. However I will have to persist if I want that 100%! Playtime: Taking my time and playing this while watching something, I have completed all cozy puzzles and only have one section left for medium. Currently have 3.3 hours https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3358095142
Conclusion
Magic Cats Pots is a cute game to help pass the time and relax. Despite its grindy achievements, if you’re just looking for a casual puzzle game and like the look of the screenshots, I recommend giving this one a go. I honestly expected Magic Cats Pots to be one of those tiny one hour games you finish in no time. But, was I wrong in the best way. There are many levels, plus three difficulty options and even DLC if you want more once youre done with the main game. When i needed a break from bigger games, or when I just wanted to chill with some music or a show, i happily piecing together all those adorable little vases, mugs, and other cute creations. If you are looking for something cozy, casual, and charming, this could totally be worth picking up imo. The art style is super cute too, which is just an extra bonus.
Magic Cats Pots is a cozy, cute jigsaw puzzle game developed and published by RedDeer.Games. Although there is a tiny bit of story (according to the store page), the gameplay is what matters here. You're surrounded by lots of broken porcelain items, such as teacups, plates, etc., and you have to repair them all. They take on the form of jigsaw pieces, and when you start a new game, you're given 14 mugs to assemble from the broken pieces. Although there are 3 difficulty levels (cozy (3-5 pieces), medium (10-15 pieces), and hard (20-26 pieces)), only cozy level is unlocked. Once you complete all of the mugs on cozy level, you'll be given access to the next set of porcelain items as well as the option to replay the mugs on medium and/or hard difficulty. There are a total of 9 porcelain sets and each set has 14 pieces. Also, plenty of Steam achievements are available, but they won't count towards a user's global total until the game is out of "Steam is learning about this game". Having finished explaining the gameplay, I'll move onto my thoughts. I enjoy a fun jigsaw puzzle on occasion, and Magic Cats Pots definitely delivers on that and more. As I mentioned earlier, the story is very minimal, but fans of jigsaw puzzles tend to focus more on the gameplay anyway. I like how there are varying difficulty levels even though I wish that all of them would have been unlocked at the start rather than only having cozy be unlocked. Despite that it can feel a bit repetitive to replay items (which is necessary if you want to obtain all of the achievements), at the time of this review, you can skip out on playing at medium difficulty, which is what I did. The gameplay is fun and relaxing, and I was able to earn all Steam achievements. I should mention that despite there being DLCs available, they are not needed to obtain achievements and are available for purchase if you want to assemble additional items at your leisure. Also, I could only play the game in full screen mode, as windowed mode isn't available. However, there is no timer, so you can play at your own pace. As for the art, I love how it's in this beautiful hand-painted style. Especially, the colors feel bright and vibrant, even bringing life to the pieces. Also, some of the assembled pieces have slight cat animations, which I found to be cute and to be a lovely touch. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3362692842 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3362693185 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3362693380 I wish that there was a CG gallery from where I can view the assembled pieces, but this is a minor nitpick on my part. In regards to the music, I found the tracks to be soothing and relaxing. They have these lo-fi beats that are perfect accompaniments as you go about assembling the porcelain items. Also, there's a nice sound effect in which correctly fitted pieces would make this clink sound. Overall, would I recommend Magic Cats Pots? If you're looking for a relaxing jigsaw puzzle game, you like cats, and/or you want to obtain Steam achievements, then this is worth checking out. At the asking price, I feel like it's about worth it, as it took me about 10.5 hours to complete all of the sets and earn all of the achievements. Do keep in mind, though, that I didn't play on medium difficulty, so if you choose to do so, then the gameplay time might be even longer. Finally, I wish to extend a major thank you to RedDeer.Games for the review key. It was such a pleasure to play this lovely, relaxing game, and I hope that many people who are into the jigsaw puzzle genre will check it out. ^^
For more detailed, fully complete, high quality reviews like this, please follow The Introverted Gamer, prioritizing heart and soul always. ^^
I think the art style of the game is super cute, with soft, delicate visuals that make each broken porcelain piece feel almost like a little artwork on its own. It’s a really simple and relaxing puzzle game where I restore shattered cups, plates, and other ceramics by fitting the pieces back together like a jigsaw puzzle. It also has three different difficulty levels, which is nice at first because it lets you ease into the mechanics and gradually take on more challenging puzzles. However, after playing for a while, it did start to feel a bit repetitive. The core gameplay doesn’t really change much across the different difficulty levels, so once you understand the basic logic, it can become a bit predictable. Some puzzles are enjoyable when the patterns are clear and you can rely on visual clues, but others feel more like trial and error when the details are too subtle. I feel like it would be even better if they added more variety in mechanics or introduced new types of puzzle interactions to keep things fresh over time. Overall, it’s still a cute and chill game, especially if you’re just looking for something low-stress to relax with!
Cats pots, not to be confused with despots, which are, well, you'll see, but anyway. The cat pots have all been shattered, and not just the pots! Some hooligan has destroyed all of the mugs, bowls, kettles, teacups, plates, bongs, jeweled codpieces, and much more! Disgusting. Well, it's up to you now. Your task is putting this crap all back together again. Don't worry, it starts out very simple, with things being broken into only three pieces, and you'll be thinking, well this is easy. But beyond easy mode is medium mode, and even on to hard mode, ala mode, and depeche mode. By the end there will be so many tiny pieces of glass on screen, you'll think you're at the beach. I may be exaggerating a bit, because I do, but things do get more interesting, so just plow through the easy mode to unlock the more challenging modes. I find Magic Cats Pots to be a fairly easy casual puzzle game for those lazy Saturday afternoons, sitting on the porch with a lemonade, listening to the birds chirp, and the shrieks of children as the giant wolves come out of the woods to devour them. Good times.

I can't believe this!
The perfect game to unwind with! I found assembling the different broken objects very meditative and soothing and really loved the fun and cheerful patterns. It's a simple game but it's good at what it does, namely providing hours of enjoyable play. I couldn't put it down until I completed it so needless to say I think the devs did a good job. My only nitpick is that sometimes the pieces (especially on Hard mode) were too tiny (like one pixel tiny) and it was difficult to see them or find their spots. Restarting the puzzle tends to help if that happens, though, so all is good after all. I might end up buying the DLC as well at a later point. I really enjoyed this one!
Magic Cats Pots is a relaxing puzzle game developed and published by RedDeer.Games that transforms the simple act of completing jigsaw puzzles into a whimsical restoration adventure. The game invites players into a cozy setting where broken porcelain items await careful reconstruction, each one hiding charming feline designs and magical details beneath its fragmented exterior. Rather than focusing on storytelling or high-stakes gameplay, it embraces a slower pace that encourages players to unwind and enjoy the satisfaction of putting things back together piece by piece. The central gameplay loop revolves around assembling a wide variety of ceramic objects, including teapots, cups, bowls, and decorative ornaments. Every completed item reveals a unique cat-themed illustration, reinforcing the game's identity as a lighthearted and comforting experience. With more than a hundred puzzles available, there is enough content to keep players engaged over multiple sessions. The title understands its audience well, offering a collection of handcrafted challenges that prioritize relaxation over difficulty spikes or mechanical complexity. One of the game's most appealing features is its accessibility. Magic Cats Pots includes multiple difficulty settings that allow players to tailor the experience to their preferences. Those seeking a stress-free pastime can enjoy simpler puzzle arrangements, while completionists and puzzle enthusiasts can select more demanding configurations that require greater concentration. This approach broadens the game's appeal and makes it suitable for players of all ages, from casual gamers to dedicated fans of digital jigsaw experiences. Artistically, the game excels at creating a warm atmosphere. The porcelain pieces are adorned with elegant patterns and adorable magical cats, giving each puzzle a distinct personality. Combined with gentle music and soft visuals, the presentation creates an environment that feels intentionally therapeutic. Completing a puzzle is consistently rewarding because every restored object resembles a collectible piece of art. The developers clearly invested considerable effort into ensuring that the game's aesthetic remains cohesive from beginning to end. However, Magic Cats Pots is not a game that aims to reinvent the genre. Its mechanics remain largely unchanged throughout the experience, and players expecting narrative developments, hidden gameplay systems, or substantial progression mechanics may find it repetitive after extended play sessions. The enjoyment comes almost entirely from the act of solving puzzles and appreciating the game's relaxing ambiance. Fortunately, it executes that formula with confidence and rarely strays from its intended purpose. Ultimately, Magic Cats Pots succeeds as a charming and accessible puzzle title. It delivers exactly what it promises: a peaceful collection of porcelain restoration challenges filled with magical feline companions. While its straightforward design may not appeal to everyone, players looking for a cozy escape will likely appreciate its inviting atmosphere, plentiful puzzle selection, and satisfying sense of completion. It stands as another solid addition to RedDeer.Games' growing catalog of casual experiences and demonstrates that even the simplest concepts can be memorable when presented with enough care and personality.
Really cute art style and comes with way more levels than I first realized! Going to grab the DLCs after I finish the main puzzles. :)
