Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11.14/day in the week to Jul 31 → 18.14/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Uncover the origins of organized crime in Mafia: The Old Country, a gritty mob story set in the brutal underworld of 1900s Sicily. Fight to survive as Enzo Favara and prove your worth to the Family in this immersive third-person action-adventure set during a dangerous, unforgiving era.
Enzo will do anything for a better life. After a brutal childhood of forced labor, he's ready to risk everything to become a man of honor in the Torrisi crime family.
His oath to the Mafia, with all the power, temptation, and hardship it entails, is a burning reminder of this simple truth:
Family Takes Sacrifice.
This thrilling narrative is brought to life by stunning visuals, cinematic storytelling, and the authentic realism that the critically acclaimed Mafia series is known for. Enzo's story unfolds in a time when skill with a stiletto blade was a deadly asset, a lupara sawed-off shotgun was a go-to firearm, murderous vendettas raged for decades, and mafiosi patrolled their protection rackets on foot, horseback, or behind the wheel of turn-of-the-century motorcars.

The rough-hewn beauty of Sicily's rugged countryside is a stark contrast to the grime of urban alleyways—but the treachery and violence of this gangland run just as deep. Rival families and their ruthless leaders wage unending turf wars in the shadows, hidden from the public eye. Trust is a fleeting rarity, and loyalties are worth killing for.

You're the antihero of this thrilling 1900s story, living out every tense moment of Enzo's descent into Sicily’s clandestine criminal underworld. Come face-to-face with a cast of unpredictable allies and cutthroat enemies in this classic crime drama, rich in period-authentic details that will immerse you in this treacherous Mediterranean setting.

Engage in life-or-death combat, be it up close with a blade or from afar with a variety of firearms. Ambush enemies for vicious stealth takedowns, or slice them up in close-quarters duels. If you prefer firearms, wield period-authentic handguns, rifles, and shotguns to overcome any odds and doggedly eliminate the Don's enemies.

Traverse a wide range of Sicilian environments, from underground crypts and crumbling ruins to bountiful vineyards and ornate opera houses. To reach your next target or make a hurried getaway, you'll need to gallop on horseback across cobbled streets and open fields, or speed down dirt roads in authentic turn-of-the-century automobiles.

The final arc is absolute cinema. I've never cried this much over a video game's plot before, I probably cried more while playing the final arc than I did while watching the later half of Jojo Rabbit.
I'm genuinely looking forward to Man of Honor. I got this for around $28 and got it to complete the quadrilogy of the Mafia games and played them back to back. Mafia TOC plays and feels a bit more like other modern AAA games than the other Mafia games and has a heavier, movement system with more aim-sway. This is made a bit easier by the ability to tweak your abilities through essentially a rosary. These upgrades are found throughout the story and are easy to apply. There's a store, but the game is so linear that you'll really benefit from the store more on replay, which is also where the abilities system will open up more as well. The story won't be for everyone. If you don't like romance guiding the plot of your video games, this is the game in the Mafia series that really focuses the plot around a romance. I found Isabella likable so I didn't really mind, but Enzo didn't overwhelm me with his personality. I found the supporting cast generally more engaging and was relying on the romance to really drive me through the story. I enjoyed that story, so again if you're not into romance plots in your games, in your crime games, you'll probably struggle to find this engaging in the same way as the others in the series. With that said, I enjoy that the game was willing to take its time to set up the character and plot because everything kind of blows up by the end. I looked it up and the event that occurs does happen, although they take some liberties to make it a more dramatic finale. It was cool, felt grand and I see the vision, although it felt slightly out of place and more like a plot convenience to make the game feel more cinematic... which, is fine, but was a tad jarring and notable. The knife fights were fun and reminded me of the Mafia 2 system but was substantially less annoying in my opinion. I just wish there was button remapping because I would've liked LB parrying instead of X or whatever it was set to. Free Ride from what I can tell is much better than it was at launch, and I think Man of Honor will add even more to it. Which is good, the world is absolutely beautiful and feels awesome to travel around in. I just wish there were more interactable gates and doors. There's no reason we shouldn't be able to open the gates to San Celeste in free roam... just cuts down the amount of running around to get to where we wanna go. I also think not allowing mantle on top of buildings is a missed opportunity for replay value. I'd hope to see both of these changes in whatever future updates may or may not happen. They seem like mostly small things that could be added and would improve the feature. A call car from anywhere feature would also be good. I found this enjoyable and an easy recommend to fans of linear stories, fans of the Mafia series, and people who are just tired of endless open worlds. It does a few things new for the series, copies a few moments from Mafia 1 and 2, yet it feels distinct and like its own thing enough while feeling familiar in the way that most Mafia games somewhat do.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 30: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Schlauchmissionen mit immer der gleichen Handlung. Das Ende ist furchtbar einfältig.
Its just perfect for what it is ! 10/10 Gameplay (Steuerung, Spielmechanik) : 9/10 Grafik/Technik (Design, Bugs, Performance) : 10/10 Sound : 10/10 Story (Charaktere, Atmosphäre) : 10/10 Umfang (Wiederspielwert) : 9/10
bellissimo
Beautiful.
I dont normally leave reviews. As a Mafia fan I am highly disappointed in this game. Not due to the gameplay or mechanics but the ability to actually play the game. Every 45min to 1 hour on the dot. GPU Crash Dump. EVERY TIME. I have looked for a fix for over 2 hours and NOTHING works. I just rolled into chapter 7 and dont know that I want to finish the game I have to restart almost every cutscene and in the middle of most missions. Ridiculous. Why has there not been a formal fix for this?
Open World? • Keine echte Open World. • Wenig zu erkunden. • Lange Ladezeiten. Vollpreis? Nein. Für 15–20 €? Geht klar.
Beautiful environment and story ; gameplay repetitive ; Lots of bugs ; Ending so cringe that I have to say "That's not How Mafia Works". 6.5/10 ( buy on heavy discount, below $ 10 )
