Mad Experiments: Escape Room 2

Had blast playing this game. the game looks nice and with unique puzzle in each chapters, Altho i did saw some minor bug but wasn't that noticeable (only if you put some items in a specific way to see these).

i wanted to like the game since the first game was great, but the movement is really glitchy and frustrating. the actual puzzles were good but trying to do them annoyed me a lot with the camera frequently clipping outside the level/inside objects, the objects hitboxes seemed really inconsistent which made moving a nightmare and picking up items and placing them down felt pretty bad.

Overall the gaem-play isn't that bad but the mechanics to inspect the items is kinda rough, takes a bit time to get the angle you want to view it. the floating mechanic is helpfull when you drop the item.

A good puzzle room game.

This game has some major bugs about halfway through - search online for issues in the Greenhouse. My friends and I were unable to finish the game due to these bugs; even with the puzzles solved correctly, the game does not proceed.

A nice single/multiplayer puzzle escape room game with a great soundtrack and puzzle design for each chapter. You can play in either mode, a limited time challenge or enjoy your time in relax mode with unlimited time and explore around.

This is the second installment in the Mad Experiments: Escape Room series, and it is a huge step down from the first game. The puzzles are either completely trivial, or hopelessly cryptic, with hardly anything in between. The hints functionality might as well be non-existent, as it only reiterates basic information that is already spelled out to you by the puzzle itself. And that's not to mention how half of the "puzzles" are barely even a puzzle, and feels more like a chore where you need to follow a given set of instructions with no mistakes, or be forced to start over. Overall there are maybe only 2 or 3 decently designed puzzles in the entire game. To make matters worse, the game also suffers from a significant amount of bugs. Some of them are just graphical in nature, but others can cause you to either get soft locked, or straight up skip a puzzle by accident. You even have less choices at the start of the game for which masks you can wear compared to the first game. The only praise I can even remotely give to this game is that the graphics seems to have improved. But unfortunately, that is mostly irrelevant against all the negatives this game offers. All in all, I would highly discourage playing Mad Experiments 2: Escape Room, even if you enjoyed the first game. Rating: 3.0 / 10.0

The first puzzle on the train level makes absolutely no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense

Das schlechteste Escape Spiel, das ich je gekauft habe. Gesammelte Objekte schwirren irgendwo in der Gegend herum. Nach beenden beginnt der Neustart nicht schlüssig mir der letzten Sequenz. Rätsel eher kurios als interessant. Das war das letzte Spiel, das ich bei Steam gekauft habe. Aus und Schluss !!!
